Minimum StayThe best location for a young family
My family and I completely enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as advertised by the owner. Keyless entry made things very easy...no keys to worry about while in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This property is right on the beach, and the beach was just refurbished so plenty of sand for all the diggers in the family. While staying at the property we spoke to some other property owners from this development and they were all very friendly. One even said she used to own the condo we stayed at. If you need supplies there are great stores and restaurants just over the bridge on the mainland. Didn't get a chance to check the Siesta Key restaurants...so maybe next time! Some friends from the Sarasota area stopped by for a visit and were amazed at the beach access we had, and parking was a breeze with the designated spot directly in front of the unit.

Excellent property
Property is as advertised.....you walk right onto the beach and the views can't be beat. The condo had everything we needed and being on the south end of Siesta Key made it so we didn't fight the big crowds which was nice. A 5 minute drive into Siesta Key Village provided all of the restaurants, bars and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

Excellent ground floor apartment on the beach
The apartment was clean, tidy and homely,with all the equipment you would need. The location was superb right on the beach with the sea almost outside your front door.It is at the quieter end of Siesta Key but still within easy reach of restaurants. A couple within walking distance we re-visited because they were so good. Directions and communication from the owners Linda and Bob were detailed and easy to follow.I would certainly recommend this property and would love to go back again. The only downside was three days of unseasonable rain!

Perfect location!
I was initially hesitant to book this vacation as my wife and I (in our mid-20's) were travelling with our two kids (both under 2 years old). We decided to just go for it. The location of this condo was superb. With kids on a beach, you only last so long before they are tired, hungry, or need new clothes. Since you walk right out the back door on to the beach, it's perfect. The beach was great, but the waves were a little rough while we were there. Fortunately, our oldest liked the waves knocking him down. We hope to return for our next Florida stay!
