Rental deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to date of arrival with written notice to owner (refund will be processed within 45 days of cancellation) NO REFUND will be issued after the 30 day mark NO REFUND is issued if reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time leading up to arrival date due to unforeseen circumstances or in the event of an emergency. In this case, a FULL REFUND will be issued to guest. Refund will be processed within 45 days of cancellation by owner.
Owner will reply to all inquiries within 48 hours of request. Once Owner and Guest agree to move forward with a reservation and the deposit has been processed, a RENTAL AGREEMENT is provided to Guest by email. HOUSEKEEPING INFORMATIONAL DOCUMENT is provided once rental is paid in full. This document contains security codes for entrance to the property and to the condo (keyless entry system).
