Minimum StayExcellent View and Newly Renovated Condo
We were very pleased with our condo #1111 at Crystal Sands! The view was spectacular and the location is perfect for nearby shopping and restaurants. The view of the sunsets from our balcony was priceless. We loved the privacy of our own clean beach and access to the beach was just steps away, the condo is on the beach! Beach chairs were always available. The washer and dryer in the condo were like new and very handy to have. The condo inside was like new, new tile floors throughout, new granite counter tops, new stainless kitchen appliances, and all immaculately clean. All the basics such as laundry and dishwashing detergent, trash bags, etc. were provided. Safety was not an issue as you have to have a scanning key to enter the building, three were provided for our condo. We also loved the keyless entry to our condo. Covered, free parking was also provided. Overall, we loved our stay at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Simply Fabulous!
Crystal Sand #1111 is most newly renovated in the building, and it was done beautifully! Fantastic views from every room, and we enjoyed that our portion of he beach is private so less crowding. Dan Morgan was great to work w/ when making the reservations, and John was very helpful & quick in returning texts to answer our questions. The Morgan Properties app for your smart phone is top notch a well. We will definitely be back!

Awesome!
We stayed in #1111 from 5/16 - 5/30/2015. It is a very beautiful and updated unit with a light and 'beachy' feel. We loved it. I was hesitant because of the location at the back side of the tower but it truly was an incredible view. I liked that it had both a pool view and the city view in the distance. As always, Dan Morgan is great to work with, and he is very responsive. This was another great vacation in a Morgan property at Crystal Sands!!

Fabulous condo
Our unit was clean and modern with brand new high end appliances. Can't beat the 380 view of the beach and Sarasota. The beach is spectacular and great for walking or building sand castles. We liked that lots of good shopping and restaurants were nearby.

Completely renovated, everything is brand new in this condo that has never previously been rented. Spectacular view from this 11th floor end unit. Take the glass elevator ride up to your 11th floor near penthouse view. The 11 stack also has an extra window in the guest bedroom.
