in the middle of Crescent Beach where couples as well as families
are welcome. Our balcony is nestled in a quiet, lush tropical
setting with birds serenading in the surrounding trees; yet close to
all amenities. Short walk through our beautiful courtyard will take
you to the world famous Crescent Beach in just couple of minutes. No
road to cross. The complex has 2 barbeque areas, one right at the
beach - another next to our building. Pool is always warm and your
muscles will love the hot swirls of Jacuzzi. Tennis court is couple
of hundred feet from our unit for the more ambitious vacationer. The
unit is fully furnished with linen and beach towels.
Master bedroom has 2 queen size beds and guest bedroom 2 twin beds.
Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The unit is large - 1200 sq.ft.
Laundry facilities are just a few steps from our unit on the same
floor. We have security guards on premises to keep any unauthorized
people out of the property. All the pictures are recent and accurate.
At least 1 person in the party must be 25 years old.Â
No motorhomes or trailors allowed in the property. Â

During off season final payment due 30 days prior to arrival date. Payment can be made by paypal for charge of 3%. Personal checks are accepted with no additional charge. Â
50% of deposit will be returned during off season if cancellation is made 60 days before arrival date. During peak season deposit will be returned only if the unit is re-rented. Please ask for details.
