It is convenient to Siesta Key Village, about 4 blocks and it is only a half of a block to the white quartz sands of the #1 rated Siesta Key Public Beach. It has views of the Gulf of Mexico from the covered and screened lanais. The home was recently redecorated with a coastal theme and colors. It looks like it came out of the pages of Coastal Living magazine and gives you the feeling that you are at the beach and starting your vacation in paradise. It is clean, bright and comfortable. It can handle large groups of up to 12. Nine people are included in standard rate, extra people are $25 per night. Plenty of driveway parking, which is rare near the beach, plus it has a three plus car garage. You will be impressed when walking into this private home that is so close to the beach.

Sarasota is a cultural mecca. You have a wide variety of activities to enjoy for all ages. Siesta Key is the most convenient of all the Sarasota Islands so you can get to most every activity or area within 15 to 20 minutes. Busch gardens is only an hour and ten minutes. Disney is an hour and 45 minutes and Universal/SeaWorld are about two hours. Siesta Public Beach which is rated as one of the top beaches every year and won the #1 beach in the United State as rated by Dr. Beach. The white quartz sand is cool to your feet and reflects the suns rays to light up the Gulf waters. This property is steps to the Siesta Key Beach Public access and if you want more privacy then go the opposite way down the block to the quieter beach to the north, which is only about a half of a block away. This property is one of the nicer large rental homes you will find and it is well maintained and clean. Recently refurnished and decorated gives it a style and quality that is hard to beat. This would appeal to the standards of most travelers. For the larger families and groups you could sleep up to 12 people, but the standard occupancy is 9, additional people will be charged $25 per day each up to 12. There is ample parking and a garage for 3 to 4 cars. The home has a nice open plan with great entertaining space. If booking less then six weeks prior to rental then the full balance is due upon reservation. A damage deposit is required of $1,000.00 and a pet deposit of $200.00 if approved. There is a fee of 3% to process a credit card payment and 4% if you are outside of the U.S.. There is a $25 per day/per person charge for above 9 people.Thursday-Sunday are considered a weekend night for rates M-W wk day
