White Sands 303 was recently updated and features modern amenities and everything you'd expect in a comfortable and relaxing vacation home.
As you enter through the storm doors into the front patio, you'll find a place to leave your jacket and shoes, slip into your flip flops and know you're on vacation. The storage unit offers a modern front loader washer and a dryer for your convenience as well as beach toys, pool noodles, beach chairs and fishing rods.
Throughout the condo you'll see fine modern details such as crown molding, recessed lighting and modern finishes. The fully equipped kitchen offers a side-by-side fridge and freezer combo with ice maker along with matching stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, granite counter tops and European cabinetry with soft closing systems. You'll find all you'll need for a homemade meal which makes dining out an option rather than a necessity. There are also Weber gas grills on site located right outside the lanai or next to the pool.
The living and dining area features sophisticated contemporary coastal design providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after an active day at the pool or beach. The dining table can seat up to six people and makes entertaining a breeze. A beautiful artpiece of Sandpipers adds to the coastal charme.
In the living area a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge and a 50 inch TV as well as a DVD player allow for relaxing movie nights. There is storage space for cushions and throw pillows under the chaise. The lid stays open so you can safely and easily take things in and out when you want to convert the sofa into a queen-size bed.
Sliding glass doors allow easy access from the living area to the screened and covered lanai, which is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. Looking onto tropical gardens and lush landscaping lets the stress melt away.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite master bathroom with a shower/tub combo and features a 32 inch TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an adjacent updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms feature granite countertops and wall-mounted as well as handheld massage showerheads. All bed linens as well as bath and beach towels are provided.
Both bedrooms have generous closet space.
The condo is ideally located, as it is not directly next to the road and surrounded by tropical gardens. A short walk along the paved paths through the garden takes you to the pool, boat docks and clubhouse.
