We stayed at this beautiful home for two weeks
We stayed at this beautiful home for two weeks in July. Home was more beautiful than pictures portrayed. I've never stayed in a house that was as immaculate and well stocked as this one. We rent all over the country and this was one of our most favorite homes. House had 3 bedrooms and a fourth office/bedroom with fold out couch and desk. Bedrooms were lovely, each with a TV. King suite was lovely. the views of the canal were just gorgeous as you can enjoy the view from just about every room that faces back of house. Pool area was immaculate, beautifully lit at night, and serviced weekly. Broker for this house David Butler, was very helpful and answered all questions, very reachable in case I had questions (sorry David for any inconveniences I caused). House was pet friendly which was an added plus. Only drawbacks were these. I wanted a home where we could walk to beach and this I was told was just 3.5 blocks from beach. I'm sure that was correct, however, with the heat, and your gear, it was not walkable. Parking was limited at public beach as they are expanding parking lot so unfortunately we couldn't get a spot on the weekend. that was disappointing because Siesta Key Beach is lovely. The other issue was the mattress on the fold out couch. My sister came to visit for 3 days and left hunched over and in pain, terrible mattress. Despite those issues I still would love to come back next year, if available. maybe for 3 weeks. Very happy with my choice, the house and with the broker. Thank you David.

Stayed at this house for two weeks in July. Pictures do not do this house justice. House was much more beautiful. Views of the canal, that can be seen from all along back of home, are beatutiful. House had three beautiful bedrooms: one master King suite, two queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom/office with a pullout couch. Large flat screens throughout house, all bedrooms, dining room and living room had TVs. Pool area was beautiful, esp at night when it was lit up. House was fully equipped and stocked with everything you would need. David, the broker for this house was excellent, answered all questions, and was always reachable. (sorry for any inconvenience I caused). The only two negative things I can say is that I was told beach was within 3.5 blocks of home and walkable. That is true but we tried one day and it was just impossible with the heat and all our beach gear. We had really wanted a house within walking distance as we have had in the past. It wasn't walking distance to village either where parking is very limited. The main beach parking lot is being expanded, so there's some construction and on the weekend we could not get a parking place. We could not go to the beach those days so we stayed at pool. Definitely disappointing after you pack cooler and then have to come home! That should change hopefully when that new parking lot is completed. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Only other complaint was that my sister came to visit for a few days and had to sleep on the fold out couch. Her and her husband had to rent a small condo as quick as they could because the mattress on the fold out was so terrible. Definitely needs a new fold out. They were sore for days. I loved this house, enough to put up driving to the beach, which isn't my preference. Would love to stay for 3 weeks next year! It was by far the most beautiful, immaculate house, in a great neighborhood, that I've stayed in when in Siesta Key. Thanks to the owners for making their house available to us.

Walking distance to the bars.
10 adults stayed at this property for a week and could not fault it. The Villa and pool area are fantastic. Walking distance to the bars.

Of Canal Wrapping The Back Of The Home So You Get To Enjoy The Views From The Bedrooms, The Kitchen, Living And Two Dinning Areas. Open All The Patio Doors To Feel The Tropical Breeze And Get Into That Relaxed Florida Vacation Lifestyle. This Home Just Received A Deluxe New Master Bedroom Addition With A Fabulous New Bathroom Completed January 2017. With These Additions It Makes It A Four Bedroom, Four Bathroom Home. Enjoy the Heated Pool And New Travertine Marble Patio Decking and Sunning area. A Lot Of New Furnishings Added To Make It Stylish And Comfortable. Seven TV's For Those That Like To Relax After A Day At The Beach Or Pool.
This Home Is In A Fine Neighborhood That Is Just Behind Siesta Key Beach! It Is At The End Of A Quiet Cul-De-Sac Of An Interior Island On The Key. The Brick Driveway And Entrance Lead You Through The Double Doors Revealing A Wonderful Open Plan, Great For Entertaining. The Kitchen Has A Large Pass Through Window That Allows You To Serve And Enjoy Your Guests And Family While They Sit On The Lanai Or Swim In The Pool. There Is An Outside Bar Area Extending From The Kitchen Pass Through Window And Dinning On The Poolside Lanai. All This With Wonderful Views. Almost Every Room In The House Has A Water View. Tropical Landscaping Surrounds The Home Which Enhances The Feeling.
The Master Bedroom Has A King Bed, Large Dual Head Walk-In Shower And Double Vanities, And Tub With TV Above. There Are Two Other En Suite Bedrooms, One With A King And The Other With A Queen Bed. The Forth Bedroom Is Set Up With A Queen Bed And The Bathroom Is Just Outside The Door Which Also Serves The Pool/ Lanai Area. There Is A Large Laundry Room And A Nice Neat And Clean Garage. There Is A Large Patio Space And Grilling Area. This Is A Fabulous Home For Family Gatherings And All On One Level, With No Stairs Other Then A 4 Inch Step In And Out Of The House Making It Easy To Get Around For Seniors With Light Disabilities.
About The Area
For The Golfers Out There You Can Choose From Many Courses, Public To TPC, All Within 15 To 40 Minutes. The Shopping Is Fabulous With The Premium Outlets Or The New High End UTC Mall On University And I-75 Or The St. Armand Circle's European Style Shopping And Dinning Area. Visit Downtown Which Has Old Style Charm With Quality Restaurants, Theater And Night Life. The Siesta Key Village Is Laid Back With Outside Dinning, Entertainment And Shopping And Some Of The Best Little Breakfast Places Around. You Can Find Most Anything As This Is A Quality Coastal Town With About Everything Your Heart Might Desire On A Vacation To The Beach.

Tampa Airport and Busch Garden, Water Park are about an hour and fifteen minutes.
Orlanda Parks are about 2 hours and 15 minutes.
You can fly directly into Sarasota and be welcomed at an easy and clean airport. You can chose to drive an hour to a hour and thirty minutes to Tampa, Ft. Meyers, Clearwater/St. Petersburg, Punta Gorda Airports, all which are respectable and a easy drive.
House Rules
The home has beds for 8 people. Additional people might be allowed with acceptance from the owner at an additional cost of $25 per day/ per person. Pets also allowed with permission of the owner at a $150 fee per stay and a additional $200 damage deposit. There is a $500 standard damage deposit requirement and it will be refunded after your stay as long as there is not any damage or excessive cleaning otherwise the cost to remedy will be deducted before being returned. Expect the refund within 30 days after months bills covering your stay have come in showing any movie rentals.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday are considered weekend nights and will be charge out at an additional $50 per night outside of the weekly rate.
Garbage day is Wednesday, please put cans and bottles plus the container out late Tuesday night for morning pick-up.
Please keep volume at a reasonable level when out by the pool as sound travels near the water and we do not want to disturb the neighbors, but you can still have fun. Children can get carried away and occassionally adults after a few drinks so be mindful of our neighbors. Thank you in advance for that.
