My family recently stayed and had a wonderful time I would recommend this home to anyone. The home was nicely equipped in the kitchen made the stay very comfortable. The house is very updated and in a nice quite neighborhood, easy access to all parts of Tampa area.

Beautiful, Clean, perfect for our family!
The home was beautiful when we got there. Even left a nice bottle of wine and some refreshments. We had a wonderful time the home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

Deze keurig ingerichte en goed onderhouden woning is erg gezellig. De inrichting is compleet, alles is netjes en schoon. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Florida. Largo, Clearwater beach, Tampa en St Petersburg zijn lekker dichtbij. Het huis is goed verzorgd en ligt in een nette en rustige buurt. Supermarkt is niet ver. We hebben genoten en zullen zeker nog een keer terugkomen! This nicely furnished and well maintained house is very cosy. The decoration is complete, everything is neat and clean. We have had a wonderful week in Florida. Largo, Clearwater beach, Tampa and St Petersburg are nearby. The House is well taken care of and is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Supermarket is close by. We have really enjoyed this house and will definitely come back again!

This completely remodeled 2 bedroom 1,1/2 bathroom + Florida room /playroom,screen porch area,garage (1200 sq/f) is located in quiet neighborhood Seminole Florida. 10 minutes to Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks Beach, go all the way to Clearwater beach or St.Petersburg beach.
3 minutes or walking distance to the library and Seminole Rec Center with playground and basketball cort. 5 minutes to shopping mall,and Tennis Courts. Close to Pinellas trail for biking ,you can bike from St.Petersburg to Tarpon spring.
Close to all Tampa Bay attractions. (Busher garden,Adventure Island, Tampa Aguarium.Zoo.Museum of science.......)Tampa 45 min.
5 minutes to 3 different beautiful parks in area. 1 hour 45 minutes to Orlando.
House it's completely renovated one bedroom with a king-size bed ,second bedroom with the two twins bed,TV in each bedroom,Florida room with a Queen size sleeper sofa . New kitchen open to the living space and porch where you can relax . Plenty of different games available in the house, you can rent canoe and two kayaks free of charge,we can suply fishing rods.
It's plenty of recreation activities in area. Parasailing ,paddle boarding ,swimming , go fishing , pirate boat ,John's Pass Village with galleries ,bowling, or just rent a boat, shopping or exploring different parts of Tampa Bay or just relax on the beach and catch a breath.
