My wife and I live nearby so the condo is very clean and includes everything you will need. It has a large heated pool and secure, underground parking. Conveniently located to other activities besides the ocean. Our place is ideal for a retired couple. Price depends on time of year. $3000 for July, Aug, Sept, Oct; $3400 Nov, May, June; and $3800 for Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr. Thank you for your interest.
