Each of the two Villas [Hibiscus and Orchid] in Villa Cascada reside within Point of Rocks, located just south of the Stickney Point Bridge, the most notable location on Siesta Key, is blessed with the soft, white quartz sand found on Siesta Key beach, but geologically unique and named for the formation of limestone rock that extends from the beach out into the Gulf of Mexico. This location has become home to a wide array of tropical fish and is not only a great environment for fishing but the only real location for great snorkeling on the Island.
All bedrooms and living areas have wall mounted flat panel televisions and plenty of closet space with custom built-in shelving. All four bathrooms are spotless, bright, clean, and full tile with glass shower enclosures or glass block walk-in showers easily accessed by all rooms. Outside full showers accommodate everyone coming in from the beach. The entire home is floored with rich, luscious travertine throughout. The neutral colors yet vibrant artwork immediately restore your faith in the soothing power of tropical surroundings.
The Villa is well located just two quick blocks and easy walking distance [4 minutes] from Beach Access 13, which directly accesses the Point of Rocks beach area. On your arrival at “Villa Cascada”, as you enter the gated courtyard, you quickly notice the brown striped sunbrella awnings shading the soft banana yellow home and begin to sense the beauty of the Tropics and special allure of this lovely home.
