This uniquely configured private home featuring a heated pool, a screened in lanai overlooking the beautiful Phillippi Creek, and 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that sleeps 12, with 2 living areas and 2 kitchens. Suelo y Rio is well located just five minutes of a drive to Siesta Key, and ten minutes from the famous Siesta Key public beach access.
This private home can also be divided into two separate casitas [Suelo or Rio], to be rented apart from one another. If they are rented separately, the screened in lanai, pool, and dock area are then considered public safe for all to enjoy! On your arrival at “Suelo y Rio”, you will quickly notice the home set off away from the neighborhood, a soft banana colored home with bright cheerful door colors (Suelo is the first unit in the front and Rio is the unit around the left side).
Beautiful tropical foliage surrounds the home and you will immediately begin to sense the lush beauty of our Florida landscape and the special allure of this lovely home.
