This condo is amazing! The location is fantastic as it is only ten steps away from the beach! Sea Shell is close to lots of wonderful restaurants, cafes, such as the Toasted Mango which is great for an early breakfast or late brunch, and shops. The Siesta Sports Rentals, a bike and kayak rental, is right across the street! The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed riding the beach bikes we rented to Turtle Beach and Siesta Key Village. The Farmer's Market in Siesta Key Village on Sundays is well worth the bike ride. The ice cream at Big Olaf Creamery is delicious. We were pleased that Mote Marine Aquarium, Marie Selby Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens and St. Armand's Circle were just a short drive away. The condo itself has lots of conveniences with a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen with island. The two bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, following a nautical theme. Each one has its own bathroom and huge walk in closet. All the rooms are well appointed and cozy. The walls are hung with gorgeous paintings and wreaths, giving the condo a comfortable, welcoming glow. The balcony, though its view is not of the beach, is still pleasant to sit on and people watch. All in all, we had a great experience at Sea Shell Condominiums.

Amazing!!!
Our stay was amazing! The condo is beautiful and modern! My children had a great time with easy access to the beach! Restaurants and gifts shops were just across the street. The pool area was very clean and relaxing. Definitely had an amazing time and it was worth every penny!

Great location, wonderfully decorated, great stay!
The condo is located right on the beach. The interior is completely updated and new. Everything was great. They even had a Wii and games as well as DVDs, books and board games. We were visiting the area as my son was rowing in Sarasota, so this was a fairly last minute thing for us, but having visited, I would definitely go back and rent there again!

Location Location
Locations is the most important. Steps from pool and ocean, and a short walk to 4 restaurants. Kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans,and dishes. It is hard to find a 3 bedroom unit in this area, and this one is very comfortable. Whenever we had a concern it was addressed immediately during our 3 week stay. Will definitely stay here again.

This vacation condo is located in the Sea Shell Condominium Complex. Sea Shell is a smaller, more intimate, 5-story complex with only 49 units total. The condo complex is located directly on the powder white sands of world famous crescent beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Shell offers a picturesque pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in winter for your comfort. Plenty of pool chairs, in or out of the shade. The clubhouse, restrooms, saunas and showers are close by for your convenience. Sea Shell has a BBQ grill conveniently located right at the beach with picnic tables under the tiki hut. The beach has lounge chairs and shaded tiki roofs that guests can use free of charge!
Attractions and conveniences within walking distance include shops, fine dining, a marina, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, parasailing, Dolphin Tours, intimate night clubs with dancing and free lighted tennis courts. You can avail yourself of the miles of bike/jogging paths or miles of beaches to walk on and enjoy. Over 20 golf courses are within a 20 minute drive. Across the bridge on the mainland, Sarasota and the surrounding area has unmatched cultural activities.
This unit - Unit 102 - is an outstanding two bedroom/two bath Sea Shell condo located on the first floor (one level up from ground level. Only one unit from the beach! Step out your door and onto the powder white sands of world famous Crescent Beach. This updated and beautiful designer-decorated unit is appointed with top quality furnishings, features a large living room, dining area and two large bedrooms. This condo sleeps up to 6 (king-size in Master, two twin beds in the second bedroom and twin aerobeds that can be placed anywhere). The beautiful outdoor Lanai doesn't have a beach view, but this unit's proximity to the beach makes it highly sought after. The living room has cable HD flat-panel TV, DVD and CD/Stereo. An HD Flat Panel TV is also included in each bedroom. We've even supplied a few DVD movies and CDs. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos.
Upgraded and fully furnished kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, glass top range/oven, and all cooking utensils, flatware and dishes. Sunnyside Properties provides all your linens, beach towels, and ice chests. Beach chairs are provided on the beach for your convenience. You will also find games for the kids, including a Wii game console) and games as well as board games and puzzles. Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your Lanai windows! A laundry with washer / dryers is available for guest use, just down the hall. Of course the units are serviced with elevators. Just 90 minutes from Tampa, two and a half hours from Orlando and twenty-five minutes from Sarasota airport. It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf.
Sea Shell is on the south/middle of Siesta Key on Crescent Beach. The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets!
