Minimum StaySea shell very nice stay
I have been coming to the sea shell for the past 7 years. I love the location, very easy access to the gulf and all the stores down town.

Nice unit close to the beach.
We really liked our stay and enjoyed all the extras with the unit. It is clean and comfortable. Best spot on the beach. The throw rugs in the kitchen and extra bedroom need a really heavy cleaning or be replaced. This is the place to stay if you have babies. High chair pack and play The beach is wonderful we walked 4-5 miles a day. Don't miss the drummers at the public beach each Sunday at sundown. Hope to be back again.

delightful stay at Siesta Key
We loved this rental. It was easy access and the room, building, and facilities were well kept. The room is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only downside is that it is an older building and my Tahoe did not fit into the reserved spot under the building. With that being said, there are a few additional spots beside the building for parking. Those were always available for us to park. This was our first trip to Siesta Key and we can't wait to go back. I definitely stay here again!

Just perfect
A beautifully maintained condo on a beautiful beach. This was our first time vacationing in Siesta Key,and have fallen in love with it. Crescent beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have stayed on. The condo was just perfect for my husband, friends and I.

Sea Shell Condominium Complex: Located directly on world famous Crescent Beach this Siesta Key beachfront condo is right across the street from South Village with fast access on/off the island. This vacation condo is located in the Sea Shell Condominium Complex. Sea Shell is a smaller, more intimate, 5-story complex with only 49 units total. The condo complex is located directly on the powder white sands of world famous crescent beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Shell offers a picturesque pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in winter for your comfort. Plenty of pool chairs, in or out of the shade. The clubhouse, restrooms, saunas and showers are close by for your convenience. Sea Shell has a BBQ grill conveniently located right at the beach with picnic tables under the tiki hut. The beach has lounge chairs and shaded tiki roofs that guests can use free of charge!
Attractions and conveniences within walking distance include shops, fine dining, a marina, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, parasailing, Dolphin Tours, intimate night clubs with dancing and free lighted tennis courts. You can avail yourself of the miles of bike/jogging paths or miles of beaches to walk on and enjoy. Over 20 golf courses are within a 20 minute drive. Across the bridge on the mainland, Sarasota and the surrounding area has unmatched cultural activities.
This unit - Unit 308 - is an outstanding two bedroom/two bath Sea Shell condo located on the third floor. This updated unit is fully furnished and decorated, features a large living room, dining area and two large bedrooms. This condo sleeps up to 6 (king-size in Master, a queen-size plus a twin bed in the second bedroom, self-inflating twins-size aerobed). The beautiful outdoor Lanai has a limited view of the world famous Crescent Beach and the Gulf. The living room has cable HD flat-panel LCD TV, DVD and CD/Stereo. An HD Flat Panel TV is also included in each bedroom. We've even supplied a few DVD movies and CDs. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos.
Upgraded and fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and glass top range/oven. Cooking utensils, silverware and dishes are provided. Sunnyside Properties provides all your linens, beach towels, and ice chests. Beach chairs are provided on the beach for your convenience. We have taken great care to supply this Siesta Key vacation rental accommodation with everything you need to make your vacation a memorable success.
Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your Lanai windows! A laundry with washer / dryers is available for guest use, just down the hall. Of course the units are serviced with elevators. Just 90 minutes from Tampa, two and a half hours from Orlando and twenty-five minutes from Sarasota airport. It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf.
Sea Shell is on the south/middle of Siesta Key on Crescent Beach. The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets!
