I planned to visit Sarasota for the first time. My husband and I were looking for the nice house where our daughters, 8 and 4 years old, could enjoy their Christmas and New Year vacation. I spoke with the host, Anita. She was informative and very helpful. Anita and her family put a lot of love in furnishing their house. Should I mention that the house and everything was BRAND NEW!!! Every room is the house is stylish and beautifully decorated. I am still jealous of comforters :) The community is very quiet and clean. There is a large pond with a lot of different species of birds. Every morning my daughter were outside with the camera taking pictures and feeding the birds. The playground, tennis courts, and pool are just in a few feet from the house. The Publix store is near by, just one minute of driving. While staying in this house, we visited St. Petersburg, Lego Park, beaches. I would like to THANK Anita and her family for their lovely house. We really enjoyed staying there.

Wonderful!
Beautiful unit! Decor was lovely and Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Location is close to restaurants and shopping. Three bedroom units are hard to find and this one was perfect for our family.

Beautiful Townhouse
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Anita's townhouse. The pictures on VRBO don't do it justice...and they are great pics! It's decoratively beautiful, roomy, & comfortable with every amenity possible! The pool & tennis courts are directly behind the townhouse so everything was so convenient. We always walked to Publix and the other places that were less than 2 miles from there. If we were to ever rent in Sarasota again, Anita's place would be the only one I would want. She was great also! I just can't say enough!

Clean, comfortable, furnished townhome with it all
I would highly recommend this home to everyone. The entire house is well maintained, and completely furnished. Very reasonable pricing for all that you get with this package, from a pool the 1 car garage, lovely community. The owner of the condo was always readily available if I needed anything. Definitely recommend checking this out. Thanks!

Are you looking for the perfect place for an extended stay in Sarasota? Look no further! This is the first of two townhomes we purchased in Sarasota. San Michele is a luxury residential townhome community packed with amenities to cool you off like our huge community pool, picnic tables, outdoor grills, tennis courts, playground and gazebo. You may prefer to sit and enjoy the view, lush landscaping, palm trees, and the lakefront with a large variety of birds, turtles and the occasional otters that swim through. If exercise is your forte, enjoy a nice jog around the lake or head to one of the nearby local fitness centers. You may decide to never leave the neighborhood but, if you do, downtown Sarasota and the Gulf of Mexico beaches are only minutes away. We take monthly rentals, and longer, for the price equivalent of a week's stay along the coast. Save your money and enjoy the sumptuous dining and shopping options that abound in historic Sarasota.
Upon arrival in San Michele, a fully furnished townhome awaits. The kitchen has all the necessities and in the stylish living room, enjoy reading or watching the 52" television from the comfortable, large leather sectional. Sleep in without being disturbed from one of the three spacious upstairs bedrooms featuring new king and queen beds, ceiling fans and walk-in closets. The master suite features a private bath with double sinks, the festive upstairs hall bath includes a tub and shower and on the first floor is a convenient half bath and laundry room. Park your car in the indoor attached garage or in one of the two other private parking spaces.
