You'll enjoy granite counters, stainless steel appliances, refreshingly abundant natural light, brand new furniture, fresh, clean linens, hardwood flooring throughout, and so much more!
The Vista Hermosa community provides a pristine pool, outdoor shower, shuffle board, and one assigned parking space. You’ll be perfectly located in close proximity to convenience stores, restaurants, water sport rentals, and plenty of local shops that will have everything you could want to enjoy your stay. There are also major shopping plazas just across the bridge on the mainland, if need be.
Pelican's Perch offers two cozy bedrooms with plush king size beds [sleeps 2 each]. The master suite boasts soothing decor, lots of natural light, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has equally tasteful decor and a walk-in closet. When additional sleeping space is necessary, the living room may host an additional 2 guests via air mattress (please note: bedding is not provided by the rental company). The dining, living, and kitchen have been completely updated and their design reflect the true essence of Siesta Key. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of gadgets to prepare your meals, and everything from the bar stools to the couch are super plush and as comfortable as they are stylish. From the living room, you can open the sliding glass doors out to the screened in lanai to allow the beautiful Florida sun and cool ocean breeze to blow through.
