We have always enjoyed our stay at unit 507!!!
We have always enjoyed our stay at unit 507. We did not realize that it was listed on VRBO and were pleasantly surprised that the beautiful rental we found was one we have spent many weeks in over the past ten years. Returning this time with our ten month old, the unit was thoroughly equipped with nearly everything one could wish for in a family beach vacation. We enjoyed the updates to the master furniture and change in colors throughout the unit. It is truly decorated to perfection. The beach in front of the property itself was more crowded during the day and noisy at night than my memory recalls for the similar time of year in the past (fireworks well into the night, but truly nothing out of line for the week following 4th holiday and we may have enjoyed them ourselves if not for trying to let sleeping babes stay asleep!) we would certainly be happy to return to this location for years to come. The owners were in communication prior to our arrival and ensured that we entered the unit on day 1, without delay, and would have been easy to reach if anything was needed during our stay. Really nice condo...
This was a really nice condo in a great location. This building is right at a trolley stop and across the street from Curt's Crab House. Dealing with the owners was easy and no issues at all. The beach was nice, but had alot of shells on the sand. We found that walking just a short way north, on the beach, there were far less shells. If you're looking to shell hunt, this is a great spot. The sunsets were great. The beach was not overly crowded and beach chairs from condo were nice. The condo was clean and had every thing you need. You will need to buy ice if you want it for a beach cooler. The condo refrigerator's ice maker does not make ice very fast, but the ice bin was empty from the prior renters when we arrived so it could never catch up. Would not think twice about renting this condo again, Loved it.

Everything was exactly as described
The condo was beautiful and was exactly as described. It was nice and clean. The décor was beautiful and so tastefully done. We could tell that the owners took pride in the furnishings. It was close to the wonderful beach and water. The beach was never crowded. We had a wonderful time. Just wished we could stay longer. The weather could not have been better. We only had two small glitches. We had to go across the street to find a new battery for the smoke detector and we had to call the owner because the bathrooms circuit breaker was tripped when we used simultaneous hairdryers. The owner responded immediately and the problem was corrected right away. It would have been nice to know this problem in advance. We had such a wonderful stay we may do it again, if we find that we can.

You will know you are at the beach as soon as you walk in to this Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 5th floor condo. Use the Request to book tab for immediate confirmation of your trip within minutes. Each bedroom offers its own on suite bath. Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and family room. The Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with plenty of cooking and dishware including spices ,trash bags, soap pods for dishwasher as well as dish and hand soaps. We provide Shampoo, and Bodywash in each bathroom as well as blow dryers and ample towels. The family room has books and games as well as a DVD player and many DVD movies..Family room has a lazy boy couch and love seat as well as 2 leather recliners. There is also a Queen Murphy bed in Family room in case you have an occasional overnight guest or child.The Dinning room seats 6 and we offer a booster seat in case you have a small child. The View from the Balcony is just as pictured.. Great view of Beach and Ocean. The quiet 5 th floor location means you do not have anyone above you.. and minimal walk by traffic. Our condo has beach towels, beach chairs that you can take with you to offsite locations, also coolers ,noodles, boogie board, umbrellas, and 2 sets of snorkel gear, even Sunscreen! There is off beach snorkeling at Point of Rocks area just south of the condo. Sea Shell offers FREE Beach Chaise lounges on the beach ! There is also a Tiki on the beach with picnic tables and a grill and heated pool and restrooms with showers located at the office end of the building. Nice shower to rinse off at the beach before heading back to the condo.. Nice place to read a book in the shade if you prefer. The Beach and water are clean and clear.. wonderful for kids and parents alike. Very shallow for safe swimming.. The location is awesome, South Village is just across the street Grocery Store,. 8 restaurants, Sniki Tiki with nightly music, many Shops, Beauty Salon, Drug Store, 7/11 store, Marina, Boat, Bike and Kayak rentals, Ice cream store with Bakery items, Nice place for an easy stroll . You will love the location! easy on and off the Key via Stickney Point Bridge.
You will have Parking on ground floor under building in you personal parking space. The 2 Elevators are conveniently located in the middle of the building. Coin Laundry areas located on each floor near elevators , There are luggage carriers and grocery carts located on the ground floor for ease of taking items to the condo via the elevator from you car. This is a place I'm sure you will want to return Year after year! Owners Ron and Carol are easily accessible by phone or text if you have any questions before ,during, or after your trip.
