I spent a week in this lovely little house in December while I was looking to buy a house in this neighborhood which is one of Sarasota's most quaint and peaceful. Great for walking, bike riding and enjoying sunset by the bay. It is also close enough to downtown, beaches, etc.

Very enjoyable atmosphere - superbly located
I stayed for 5 weeks and I liked the size of the house, the equipment, the atmosphere and the perfect geographical location. All great places are rechable at a reasonable time. I really enjoyed my time here and I recommend this object for any length of rent. I'm looking forward to any future stay.

Single house on private garden (wall around property, secluded feeling)Large terrace with pergola, barbecue.(Garage not available).
Walk to Indian Beach for beautiful sunsets, and drive 5 minutes to Lido Beach (describe as the number one beach in Florida) 2 bicycles.
Inside : Kitchen with dishwasher,electric oven,microwave. all appliances and dishes.
Espresso machine.
Confortable lounge with chimney.TV,DVD,WIFI,Washer and dryer.
Main bedroom with king size bed.
Second bedroom with queen size bed + bureau (printer on place)
Bathroom with double sink, shower,toilet.
A/C and fans in all the rooms.
