Sarasota offers 30 great golf courses, museums, theatres, great shopping malls, fishing, cycle rides, horseback riding, canoeing, air boat rides on the Myakka river, swimming with the manatees at Crystal river and of coarse Mote Marine. Airports: Tampa 40 mins. Sarasota/Bradenton 20 mins. Orlando 1hrs 50mins. Orlando Parks: 2hrs. Busch Garden 1hr. Beaches: Siesta Key 15mins, Lido beach 20 mins. Holmes beach 25 mins. Anna Marie beach 35 mins. Venice beach 30mins. Nakomis beach 1hr. Ellington has it's famous brand name stores which is 30mins drive. Movie theatres: Westfield mall, downtown Sarasota, all have 20 screens.

Accessibility
The homes have 2 steps (6" each one) for access which is acceptable to most people, but if you are wheel chair bound it may it may prove a little difficult.
The club house and facilities do have access ramps.
Outside
All facilities plus 2 Community pools and Jacuzzi are all in walking distance of the homes. The pools have lounges, table and chairs.
All homes are air conditioned, have 2 car drives and car ports.
All BBQ's are requested to be cleaned and re-housed in their unit after use.

There are more than 30 breathtaking golf courses in the surrounding area, all open to the public and they rent golf clubs for those of you who do not travel with them.
All courses are with in a10-20 minute drive.

A security deposit of 250-00 pounds to be paid with a holding deposit of 250-00 pounds. The security deposit will be paid back after inspection less any damages. full payment is required 90 days before entry date. A cleaning fee to be paid 60-00 pounds, to be taken from deposit. Payment to be paid by cashiers cheque in to my English bank account or Pay Pal.
Extra persons pay $75-00 per person, per week Access time: 3pm. Departure time: 10am. Access dates are given for a Friday, but I know flights can be more expensive, at weekend so I can work with your dates, just call and discuss this. If no exchanges on day of departure, we can delay cleaning.
