We had a lovely time staying at Beachwood Villas 11a. The pool is very convenient, as it is literally in front of the condo. The short walk to the beach was easy, however steps to the beach create more difficulty carrying a lot of stuff so pack lite. The condo is comfortable with all needed appliances and dishes. The grill was also close to the condo. We had no rain this week and absolutely loved our 4th of July this year. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

August 2016 Stay
Seagrove Beach where Beachwood villas are located is the most amazing beach we have ever been too. I have never seen water more clear- no seaweed, just white sand and crystal clear water. It was really calm and family appropriate location- we were there with my parents and our 2 year old. Our vila was extremely clean and we had everything we needed for a great vacation stay. I loved how close to the beach we were. There is also a gas/convinient store right next to where we stayed and we were 5 min drive from the centre where most restaurants and shops are located. We will definitely come back and stay at Beachwood villas- Beachwood villa 11A in particular because we loved everything about it.

Honestly, I could not be more pleased in where we stayed!! This unit was outstanding! The owner of the condo is the nicest man you will ever talk too, and he was so willing to help us with our dates, and he would always email me back so helpful and always willing to work with us. The photos online describe the unit perfectly. It's a very cozy condo and I love how it is on the ground floor. Such easy access to the pools and renting bikes was totally worth it. The beach is unbelievable. Water was crystal clear. It was a little hike to the beach, but considering we brought so much stuff down, it is a very short distance. I could not thank this owner enough for everything he did for us!! Definitely would love to stay there again!
