The privacy and seclusion of a gated community with three pools and private beach access all surrounded by lush dunes and thick coastal landscape... But venture from this beach side condominium resort and you'll find yourself right in the middle of Seagrove Beach East. With bike rentals less than a quarter of a mile away you just might park the car and not drive again until you head home. Legacy is also directly across the street from Cafe Thirty-A and a short walk or bike ride (less than a block) to Goatfeathers both 30-A restaurant traditions. This two bedroom three bathroom accommodation at Legacy has a King bed in the master bedroom, Double Bunks in the second bedroom and a queen sleep sofa.
The second bedroom is what we refer to as a kids’ suite. It features its own bathroom, double bunks, direct pool access and is separated from the main house through the garage. Kids love the fun and freedom of their own wing of the house yet retaining the security of all being under one roof. The family will make memories of a lifetime playing games and being rambunctious in the kids’ suite while allowing some adult time in the main house!
In addition this unit has an alcove on the top floor with a bed for one - accommodating, in total, nine guest.
