To us, this will always be our home, and we try to maintain all the amenities that will allow you to feel just as comfortable here as we do. We love this area for all of the outdoor activities available. There is kayaking in one or more of the many dune lakes unique to this area, biking along the almost 20 mile bike path that runs along highway 30-a, or hiking the many state park trails in Point Washington, Grayton, or Topsail. Oh! Let's not forget the most beautiful beaches in the country! We enjoy all of the activities the area has to offer and we hope you will too.
Our house welcomes you with an open-design living room and kitchen area with a custom-tiled center island and seating area. The master bedroom has a top of the line king size bed, huge walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors to the back porch and large fenced in backyard. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and there is a queen size pull out couch in the living room with a brand new mattress. The full size, enclosed additional hot water-equipped outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after the beach, or enjoying your daily shower under the Florida sun. The large back and front porches offer plenty of shade for morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. The house has full laundry capabilities, fully equipped kitchen, and custom grill pavilion nestled in the native Florida landscaping. The house is 2 blocks from the Blue Mountain Beach access. We're about 2 miles from the beautiful Grayton Beach State Park, and about 5 miles from the famous town of Seaside.
The house is nestled on a private lot surrounded by beautiful gnarly old growth pines, maintained as native landscaping, but only 2 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. It has a custom additional outdoor, cedar shower, large custom decks in both the front and back yards, and a grill pavilion (the 'Grivilion'). The inside contains all the comforts of home: a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, spacious bathroom, and full laundry room. Around the corner on 30-A are an array of shops, restaurants, bars, and of course, the beach!
