This was the best vacation! The house was perfect. Super stylish and very clean. It also had everything we could need. All we had to do was bring groceries. Customer service was superb. We had an issue with a door jamming and maintenance was out to fix it within a couple of hours. We also forgot a baby blanket with a ton of sentimental value and Sterling mailed it back home to us the next day! I would recommend this location to anyone. It was close enough to enjoy nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping, and far enough to avoid summer tourist crowds. We will definitely be back next summer!

Great place to stay!
Beach is a 7 minute walk and the pool is really close by. We had 17 people in the house and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, psns, dishes, etc. Others than a few lightbulbs being out it was the perfect place!

June 2017 Stay
The pictures did not do this place justice.. it is more beautiful than I imagined.. Everything was state of art!!we loved all of it, the beds were so comfortable, we all slept as if we were at home, loved the space and all the decor. The kitchen was perfect, we want to use some of your ideas at our home..We enjoyed the grill and the beautiful swimming pool. We even used the bikes, I haven't ridden in years. I came back home and bought myself a bike, I had forgotten my love of riding..hopefully it will help me get and keep in shape.. everyone was friendly and respectful. I loved the location, we were able to go to Destin and Panama in minutes!! I would recommend this highly and I have already told many about this place. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation!!!!

This new development in the Blue Mountain Beach community is perfect for large families travelling together, as there are many amenities to keep everyone in the family happy. You can spend the day out by the community pool, throw some burgers on the grill, or take advantage of the close proximity to the beach! There are shops, restaurants, public parks and a wide variety of local attractions to keep your days packed with adventure and fun.
This particular unit has four large bedrooms, four immaculate bathrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests! This is a perfect option for multiple generations travelling together, a group of neighbours travelling together, a girl’s trip, a guy’s getaway, or any other scenario where you want a lot of space and even more fantastic amenities.
This unit has just seen some major upgrades and is perfect for the modern family. There are multiple living rooms, a chef inspired kitchen, a rooftop terrace perfect for watching sunsets, and all of the comforts of home combined with the luxuries of a five-star beach resort.
The first floor has a large living room, complete with two large couches, a comfy armchair, soft beach themed accents and décor, and of course a flat screen TV. There is a bedroom on the first floor as well, and it has a brand new Queen size bed and flat screen TV. There is a single bathroom on this level with a shower/tub combo.
Head on up to the second floor for yet another living room! The kids can watch their shows and play their games up here, while the parents enjoy a cold drink and some adult conversation down in the main living room. One thing that is absolutely true bout this home is that everyone will have more than enough space to spread out and get comfortable! The upstairs living room has a flat screen TV and ultra-push sofa. The second floor is also where you will find the upscale kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the culinary “extras” you’ll need to prepare meals for the whole crew. The kitchen has a snack bar with extra seating and leads effortlessly into a more formal dining area. The formal dining room offers a wooden picnic table style table, under soft lighting and surrounded by large windows. This is the perfect place to set out food for a buffet style meal.
The second floor also has a bunk bedroom, complete with two “double over double” bunk beds and a flat screen TV. This is the perfect place for kids to wind down after a long day out in the sun. The second floor is home to a shared bathroom, complete with glass walk-in shower and large vanity area.
On the third floor, you’ll find the master suite and a second Queen bedroom. The master suite has a brand new King size bed and a private bathroom. This bathroom has a large vanity area, double sinks, plenty of storage space and a shower/tub combo. The Queen bedroom has TWO Queen size beds and is located close to the family bathroom that has a shower.
One of the highlights of this massive home is the VIP style rooftop terrace. This peaceful and private retreat has unobstructed views of the Gulf, padded, high-end patio furniture, and areas in both the sun and shade to accommodate everyone. This rooftop balcony is the perfect place to hang out as the sun goes down, and makes for a breathtaking photo opportunity! For those who like to entertain, this bonus area really sets this home apart from other vacation rentals in the area.
This home is recently upgraded and has all of the comforts of home. It can be difficult to find a place to stay when travelling with a big group, especially a home that can comfortably accommodate everyone and still feels luxurious, stylish and sophisticated. Once you walk through the front door, you’ll feel like you stepped into a high-end Home and Garden magazine.
