Minimum StayWonderful beachfront townhouse on 30a
Great 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with 2 balconies overlooking the beach. 30a is so crowded but the beach dedicated to these 17 townhouses was not. We were there over the 4th of July weekend (very busy time) and had no trouble setting up chairs right in front. There is covered parking so your vehicle doesn't bake out in the Florida sun. You enter the townhouse on the bottom floor then take the stairs to the den, dining area, kitchen, & 1/2 bath. There is a loveseat & big chair in the den, along with another, smaller chair. The dining room seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook each day/night. On the 3rd floor is the master bedroom with attached bathroom and the other bedroom with a bathroom right outside that door. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds. The master has a balcony looking out over the beach. Both decks have lots of chairs for relaxing. There is a washer & dryer upstairs by the bedrooms as well. The dryer takes a couple of cycles to dry everything but that isn't a big deal (and no, we did not over fill it!). I usually don't like to stay on 30a just because it has gotten so crowded. While the traffic was pretty bad, the beach for these townhouses was fabulous. I hope to stay at this townhouse again. Also, it is dog friendly! We loved having our dogs with us at the beach. If I had not inquired about bringing our dogs with us, I wouldn't have known it was dog friendly. We didn't see any pet hair left from previous pets. It was very clean when we arrived. The only issue I had with the townhouse was the pillows were uncomfortable and the master bedroom fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. Those are minor inconveniences when you are this close to such a beautiful beach! We are very happy with our stay and hope to return!

Low density private beach and truly beachfront
I love that in a crowded area the beach is private with only 13 units. A view that is amazing! The unit itself is good. The kitchen is stocked well. Cons: It could use a deep clean. The couches are comfortable but worn.
