On the corner of S. Yaupon St and Forest St in Old Seagrove
BEACH ACCESS: is at Nightcap or Live Oak Street and is just 300 paces (less than 2 to 3 min walk) to the Gulf of Mexico/Beach to the south. It is public beach access, but it is not crowded like our neighboring Seaside and Watercolor.
FREE AMENITIES: Mar 1 to Oct 31, 2 beach chairs/1 umbrellas set up at NightCap or Live Oak Beach Walkover by beach service, 2 adult bikes, wagon, beach toys.
Owner has pack and play with sheets if guest would like this amenity. Beach towels provided with this rental as well.
CLOSE TO SEASIDE FL: easy walk or a 2 minute bike ride to the Seaside, Florida Town Center. Seaside offers Friday Movie Nights, Wednesday Concerts in season, a nearby Seaside Playground just down Forest Street from the home, entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Seagrove Village Market Cafe for all your seafood desires is less than 1 minute walking from your door. House is less than 2 min walk to new restaurant "Surfing Deer" and within walking distance of Whiskey Bravo with roof top deck/bar and Cowgirl Kitchen. Of course, many shops and restaurants close by in Seaside FL
DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMMODATIONS: 1BR/1BA, brand new construction completed in 2016. 715 square feet of living that lives luxurious and large with windows galore and a professional high end kitchen, all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, with large Paykel 32" refrigerator/freezer, large stainless steel farmhouse sink, garbage disposal, French Bertazonni built in dishwasher and 30" free standing 4 burner gas range with gas convection oven with ventahood, microwave, and all the kitchen items you need to cook a gourmet meal in style!!!
Open floor plan in kitchen/dining/living area that lives very large with high end furniture including table for 4, Rowe large comfortable sleeper sofa, side chair, coffee table and side table. TV console with 55" flat screen Smart TV with free Wifi, DVD player with some videos and movies for adults and children.
Floors in all areas except bathroom are 4" oak hardwood, light and bright.
Bathroom floors are natural travertine stone.
Luxurious private bathroom with cast iron white tub surrounded in white subway tile with large free standing double sink vanity with double mirrors and granite counter top and plenty of space for your personal items. Large linen cabinet that hold all your bath linens and your beach towels are provided. Storage area next to washer dryer that holds the vacuum cleaner, and other items that may be needed during your stay. A hairdryer is provided as the goal is to travel lightly and have an awesome vacation!!
The bedroom is quiet, has a door that closes from main living area and is 12 by 13 ft and boasts a King bed with high end luxury mattress and box springs, Jameison Luxury Collection used in Marriott Hotels. 2 end tables and lamps next to the bed, large closet for clothes and storage with barn doors that close, large dresser for storage of clothes, side chair/bench, and 31" flat screen smart TV.

Shared Pooll ( Size 14 X 13, lounging ledges, architectural unique design in intimate setting with covered area and outdoor fan with side yard for catching sun. Gas grill in yard. Pool can be heated in off season for a small fee. In back yard. For use of guest of Lilly Magnolia. Shared with the owners a couple who live in house on property. Privacy observed for the guest.

AVAILABILITY: Email homeowner. It is usually available by the week or the day from mid August to Mid May. It is not rented in summer weeks.
This is like a mother in law suite on 1st floor that is rental and has its own private entrance and parking in front of the front door. This is part of a large house that the owner doesn't rent to other parties and is for their use only. The large house living area is all on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4 th floors. The small space Seaside Lilly doesn't have access to the main house, or vice versa. The large house has a garage wall and a 1st floor hallway that is next to the Seaside Lilly Magnolia. The main house has its own front door entry and entry throughout the garage.
To access the pool, the guest goes outside the front door and walks to the southeast side of main house and enters gate to the pool.
