There must be 1 adult (age 25 or older) per 3 people under the age of 25 staying in the unit at all times. We reserve the right to make inspections and request ID for verification purposes. All violators of this policy will be evicted immediately and all rental payments will be forfeited

There will be absolutely no refunds given by Dune Allen Realty, Inc. at any time. However, Dune Allen Realty must be immediately notified by you of your cancellation. In the event you must cancel your reservation, and you have purchased the Sun Trip Preserver coverage, you must contact Red Sky Travel Insurance c/o Arch Insurance Services by visiting www.SunTripPreserver.com or by calling 866-889-7409 to begin your claim.
