Great condo with unbeatable bay views. Well-kept, updated, clean, and functional. While we weren't in the condo much, the wifi worked perfectly while we were there. We enjoyed walking around the canal and bay and were lucky enough to see a couple dolphins trapping fish against the sea wall. The shuffle board had brand new equipment. The pool, which is right outside the condo, was clean, in good shape, and quiet. We had chicken from The Pecking Order which was really good and we went to dinner in Captiva at The Green Flash which was also really good.

Great spot, close to fishing, beaches,
The unit was very clean, and well appointed. The fishing pier was a ton of fun, and the pool temperature was perfect. We'll be back!

Wonderful place on Sanibel
This condo is wonderful! Clean, beautifully appointed and accessorized. Feels so much like visiting an old friend despite our first time there. My husband loved the access to shore fishing from the boardwalk and the pier. We did miss the sound of the beach, but it is only a short bike ride to beach access. The pool is so well maintained and the water like a bathtub!!! Amazing! There is a kayak dock so we rented kayaks and paddled around the canals twice. The manager is a lovely fellow and takes such great care of everything. The grill was also in working order. New appliances, towels and every amenity was present-beach chairs, umbrella, even a fishing pole.Karen is lovely to work with and we were very pleased with our entire stay...Very nice people at the complex as well. We did not eat out much, but loved the east end of island for treats, coffee and even great breakfasts. We hit balls at the range at The Dunes and played golf at Sanibel Island Golf Club. Everyone was very nice there and the wild life was really enjoyable while golfing. Sanibel is a magical wonderful place. We also love the UCC Church and have attended two years in a row

This Mariner Pointe condo was totally gutted and renovated in 2012 and is all new. You can see water views from the entry, kitchen, dining area, den and master bedroom. The private screened lanai has a panoramic view of San Carlos Bay. You can see no other lanais, just dolphins, pelicans, island birds and boats. Watching all the activity will become one of your favorite pastimes.
This upscale end unit is on the second floor and has travertine tile floors throughout. The kitchen features granite counter tops, all the small appliances, cookware and utensils to make you feel right at home. You will find china or corian tableware and crystal or plastic glasses to suit you mood. It has a full size, front load washer and dryer. You have wireless internet and there is a 42' flat screen TV with HD , Soundbar speaker, and Blu-ray player. The master bedroom has a 32' flat screen smart TV also with HD.
