Minimum StayWonderful Sanibel Island Vacation!
My wife and I had a great week at this wonderful beach condo. As soon as we walked in the front door, I knew we were going to have a enjoyable vacation. The views of the complex from the screened in lanai, the furnishings, the spa like bathroom, all provided us a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, we slept very well, the grounds at Pointe Santo are well kept, the pool is nice, and this unit is steps from the beach. Tropical Storm Emily came through during our stay which only improved the shelling. When we return to Sanibel, I'll sure check first to see if this condo is available. The owner was very prompt and so good to work with. Thanks Karen for a wonderful stay at your awesome beach condo!

Beautiful home away from home
This home was so comfortable and we loved the coastal décor! It had everything anyone would need for a wonderful week in Sanibel. we had such an exciting week! While shelling at Blind Pass a manatee surfaced about 15 feet from me. So surprising! We visited Doc Ford's several times at all three locations. While sitting at the bar at the Captiva location, a nice couple sat next to us. Little did we know that it was Randy Wayne White with his wife. Another great surprise! Everything was even better than expected. Watch out for the No-see-ums in the evening on the beach though...we really got bit up. Use Off! We will definitely rent this condo again. Thank you, Karen! You were very helpful!

Third Visit and it's still the charm!
We love this condo and as always , it was hard to leave! The view alone is worth the trip. Add in a wonderful pool, the lanai, the birds, the beach and it's certain to make for a memorable week. If only a guaranteed junonia was included! The owner is super friendly and helpful. You're going to love staying here!

Dreamvacation in a very special place
When we saw the pictures of this condo - and the view from the lanai - for the first time, we thought: What a beautiful place to stay! This year our dream came true. After our golden wedding anniversary we spent two weeks in this wonderful condo. Everything was as promised on the website, furnished and decorated very tastefully and comfortable. We enjoyed the time spent on the lanai with the spectacular view of the beautiful surroundings. We loved the morning walks on the beach collecting shells and the evening hours swimming in the warm water. How lucky we were to have the opportunity to live in this little piece of paradise for a short time!

Enter the front door and the view will draw your eyes to the lanai and the lagoon and beach beyond. the new screen entry door allows you to open both lanai doors double wide and feel the ocean breeze. The lanai is the perfect place to dine or read and maybe take that afternoon nap. The bedroom also faces the beach and has a door to the lanai. The wall of windows there provides a stunning view as well.
Our condo was just renovated. Changes include new marble shower, enlarged bathroom with marble vanity and floors. The kitchen has granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances, new backsplash and small appliances. Furnishings are also being added including new sleeper sofa, new king mattress, new tv console, a new 55 inch flat screen smart tv, new washer and dryer and much more. The entire condo has been painted and updated.
