Beautiful home with lots of room in and out to accommodate many people of all ages. Loved the rocking chairs outside amd was even treated one night to firework show.

The property was big in a great location and clean
This home was just perfect for our vacation. Everyone in the family loved it . We felt like we were home the kids really enjoyed their selfs running around that big yard we celebrated our 4th if July their and it was just a perfect place . The home it self is absolutely Gorgeous and well kept and supplied. We're already planning to come back. Thanks Dana!!

Wow...what a quiet and awesome place.
This home is hard to describe because it so beautiful. The outside is plain but the interior is unbelievable. Antiques and decor galore with plenty of everything; we hung out most of the time on the huge outside covered porches....lots of them. Central to Sanford area for everything and great restaurants abound all around. We visited this town for the first time with other family members for a college graduation and everyone loved the place. Highly recommend and will stay there next vist as well. Great owner with pride in her lovely home we were glad to experience it.

Amazing!
We rented this because our son was getting married in Sanford. The home and property are wonderful. We had the rehearsal dinner at the house and everyone loved it. It is beautifully decorated and was a pleasure to stay at.

Beautifully decorated 4bedrm 3 1/2 bath home on acerage, plenty of room to entertain and not bother anyone. The house sleeps up to 10 comfortably. All the rooms come with flat screens, Netflix, and wi-fi. The master has wood floors, large flat screen, and a king size spring free very comfortable bed. The master bath has double sinks, a 6' jaccuzi tub, a walk in shower, as well as a bidet. It also has a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has wood floors, double closets, and twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed with wood floors, flat screen, and a large walk in closet. The suite on the other side of the garage has travertine floors, a king size bed, a flat screen tv, and wi-fi, a private bath with jaccuzi tub and high ceilings. The room has the feel of a little retreat could also be a master. The family room is my favorite next to the kitchen. It has a large flat screen tv in a beautiful wall unit, gas fireplace, 3 sets of french doors leading out to the porch, with beautiful silk dark drapes for great darkening for movies. Very comfortable furniture. The kitchen has a large 48' fridge, every appliance that you need to prepare any dish that you wish. It has a nook in the bay window over looking the property. It also has a pot rack over the island in the center. You will love cooking in this kitchen. I love this house. Come see for yourself. Enjoy!
You feel like you are far away from every thing, but just a few miles from every thing. Very quiet. Just a few minutes from historical downtown Sanford. About 30 minutes from downtown Mt. Dora another great historical city, great restaurants and shopping. Beaches just minutes away. The location is great. You will want to come back year after year.
