This house was a fantastic rental to say the least! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the person who runs the property, who is one of the sweetest, most helpful women you will ever meet. The house has 5 well-kept rooms and three bathrooms that were easy to share, proven by the fact that we fit 17 people in the house at one point and ultimately fit 15 adults comfortably. The sunroom provided for a beautiful space to spend time with all of our friends, with a great view of the main street below, but without losing the feeling of privacy. In addition, the outdoor patio in the back was very nice to sit on at night and in the morning. The beach was a mere 3-5 minute walk from the house, making it very easy to go back and forth as much as one would like. The beach itself was gorgeous and hardly crowded, with plenty of beachfront restaurants and artisans along the strip. The area in general was quaint and relaxing. Never saw a cloud all week, weather was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

wonderful vacation
we rented this awesome place for a week. my son got married at the sirata beach resort which trader's haven was very close to the resort. i must said the condo was comfortable and spacious we has 25 people for the rehearsal dinner and everyone had a great time. John and Rosmary were the best. i would recommend this condo to all my friends and family. the shop and resturantes were the best. The beach is very close to the condo...i will rent this condo AGAIN NEXT YEAR.....

Charming
Total of 8 of us stayed there...but had 22 there for lunch, and had plenty of room. Very close to beach and waterway. Not bothered at all by any of the great nightlife in the area. Would suggest an investment in handheld shower heads...showers were designed for people around 5 feet tall. Super place to vacation.

Wonderful Week
We had a wonderful week at Trader's Haven. We had a large group (13 adults) for our daughter's graduation and the place was very spacious. The Pass-a-grille area is so unique with its shops and restaurants. Location location location...... a block to the beautiful sandy beaches and 1/2 block to the inter-coastal waterway. Thanks to Rosemary (the property manager) she was a pleasure to work with and was willing to take care of any request.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!
At first we looked at the ratings that showed 4,5 stars we saw the last one was and photos all looked good too BUT this property is definitely not as advertised. I’ve booked many places before and never had such an experience. I’ve even stayed in old places that not a problem it’s well maintained and clean. This place is disgusting dirty and not taken care off. One of the shower tiles were left broken in the shower. The wooden floors had holes in and broken pieces that was so difficult with our little kids wanting to walk or play. The house was first advertised with dishwasher (one of the reasons we booked) but there wasn’t one. Everything in the kitchen was so dirty that all had to be washed before it could be used. There are mold on the blinds and windows, air con vents are disgustingly dirty. Just to list a few things as this list goes on and on.... Half off our holiday was spend cleaning and calling to find something new together with home away consultants but unfortunately we did not find anything as it was the New Years weekend. We tried to sort it out with Rosemary she was helpful at first but then didn’t answer her phone anymore or made an appointment with us but didn’t pitch. We left earlier as we could not stay there any longer. Home away also tried to get hold of her and she promised to compensate us that she didn’t. My husband got a severe rash on this legs and 4 other friends got also a rash. We all went to the doctor to find out it’s a bacteria the got from dirty environment and or water. We paid an extra amount for the jacuzzi that gave my son an ear infection. Now we tried via home away and directly to contact Rosemary or somehow get hold of the owners but we did not have any luck. We called from a different number then she answered and when I tried to speak to her she just kept on saying email all complaints. We did so and received back only one rude response not even answering our actual complaint. Please do not make the mistake that we did to book this place. The hassle, health issues and extra costs given out on this disgusting property is not worth it as they didn’t even compensate us or paid any medical bills.

PORCH: A 50 x 10 ft. enclosed air-conditioned porch/living room for lounging, dining and watching sunrises and sunsets covers the entire south face of the building.
DECK: There is a large open deck on the north side. This deck overlooks an enclosed Tropical Jasmine Garden with gazebo, deck and gas grill.
