The Community is located on 125 Acres of land, has a Private 1/2 mile beach, 2-Waterfront Restaurants, one with a Beachfront Tiki bar with evening live entertainment, large heated pools, outdoor jacuzzi, 4-tennis courts, basketball court, fitness center, Yacht Harbor, 2 full-service Marina's with 260 boat docks, 250 foot long fishing pier, and much more.
Built 2007 Waterfront 2 story Town house & complete updated 2013-14 with new furniture granite counter tops, tile floors, new appliances, and electronics. The home boasts 4 balconies whereof 2 large balconies with view of waterways, Yacht Harbor And Tampa Bay & a community Private Beach with view of St. Petersburg Skyline and with an stunning view of the sunset over the Tampa Bay.
While we provide a start-kit for guests to settle in, this unit is a self-serve home and we advise bringing additional consumables. :)
