TV with DVD and large glass sliders overlooking the pool. The open plan kitchen is off the living room and is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is dining area with large table and chairs for 6.
The master bedroom has queen size bed, and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has queen size bed and the third bedroom has full size bed. There is a second full bathroom.
The pool area is very nice and spacious overlooking pretty gardens. Pool can be electrically heated in winter. Minutes to all the golf courses in Rotonda. Also with 5-10 minutes of local shopping, great beaches and restaurants. Home is equipped with high speed internet and free calls within the US and Canada.
