On entry there is spacious living room that over looks the front garden with comfortable furniture.
Open plan formal dining overlooking the pool through glass sliding doors.
The master bedroom is to the left of house and has queen bed, and huge bathroom with walk in shower, bathtub and double vanity. TV in master bedroom.
To right of house there is large family room with larger tv, and sofas. This room is overlooked by kitchen which is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refridgerator. It has table and chairs for eating in kitchen and also bar stools along the counter.
The other three bedrooms are on this side of house, and have queen and then 2 twin rooms.
There is a second bathroom on this side of house.
The pool is very private and overlooks the canal.
Comfortable furniture to relax by the pool and outdoor table and chairs for dining.
Gas bbq.
Minutes to golf courses in Rotonda. Englewood Beach and Boca Grande very close bye.
Shopping within a few minutes also.
