First time in renting this property. We were not disappointed!! Very well kept and clean. Everything was so organized and we did not have a problem finding anything. We had an issue with the a/c when we first arrived. I called Robert and he was very helpful. We had someone out to the house to fix it within a few hours. The pool was great, nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty to do. It really felt like home and we hated to leave. Would love to go back......

Beautiful spot
Lovely location on canal with boats slowly going by, delightful swimming pool, quiet street. All the amenities were as promised; owner is very professional.

Nice Visit
We have rented this home twice and have been very pleased. The pool and the location on the canal system are perfect! We stayed on the beautiful lanai constantly! The house is clean and the owners have made every effort to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable from the use of bikes, kayaks, grill and pool floats to even the pool heater. The owner is very easy to work with also. We highly recommend this rental!

Nice Visit!

A beautiful house ( 2000 sq ft) on a quiet residential street in a deed restricted community. Relax on the lanai at the teak table and chairs, enjoy a cool drink and watch the boats cruise by. At night soothe your body in the Jacuzzi tub while gazing at the stars.
Drop a DVD into the home theater with a flat screen HD TV. Two bedrooms equipped with TV’s as well. Swim in the heated pool that can be accessed by the living room family room or master bedroom, as well as the pool bathroom.
Plenty of room in the master bedroom with his and hers walk in closets, his and her sinks, Jacuzzi tub and roman shower.
Water and electric available at one 40’ and another 20’ dock with boat lift. Enjoy some of the best sport fishing in the world. Play a round of golf at one of the area fourteen courses. Go bike riding through out the town, treasure Punta Gorda’s natural beauty.
Downtown Punta Gorda offers bricked streets lined with renovated historic buildings, public parks, galleries, specialty shops, eclectic boutiques, and trendy restaurants. The performing and visual arts abound, and there are a number of shopping villages and quaint outdoor café’s to explore. Charter boats, fishing, restaurants, and shopping await you at Fisherman’s Village, the site of former fish packing houses.

Chadwick Park @ Englewood Beach- Sixteen acre beachfront park with pavilion, boardwalk, barbeque grills, picnic shelters, playground, volleyball courts, fishing, horseshoes, basketball and restrooms.
