Spacious accommodations feature 5 bedrooms, two entertainment rooms with large flat screen TV's, open kitchen with breakfast nook that overlooks a large dining room with cathedral ceilings. Relaxation is assured with a large (16' x 32') fully screened in pool. Clear sparkling water is heated with both solar and electrical heat to ensure a invigorating 82 degree swim. The driveway is large enough
to park four cars.
Jensen Beach which considered to be one of the best beaches in the East coast has free parking, life guard service and a restaurant for a spectacular beach experience. We have a running supply of beach toys for the kids.
Five golf courses within 5 miles ensures a variety of play. One mile away is the Saints Golf Course, with very low greens fees, was recently renovated. You can golf all day for around $30. Carts are $10.
About 2 miles away on US1 is a huge mall known as the Treasure Coast Mall. Along that same road are many, many restaurants of all cultures and ample shopping, and health spas.
Back to the house. The fully functional kitchen hosts a large refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, ample small end appliances, full sweet of cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils serving 18 people. The breakfast nook next to the kitchen allows guests to socialize while you are cooking. That same nook is surrounded with widows overlooking the pool area and large back yard.
In the dining room sits a magnificent wood table, under a chandelier, that seats 12 people for the best dinners and late night table games. A variety of board games are in the dining credenza. From the dining room you can monitor the pool and game rooms.
To the rear of the home you will find a beautiful, private, screened and heated pool. The large pool deck hosts two dining tables, 5 chaise lounges for sunning, 12 deck chairs with small table about. The pool is professionally maintained and heated to 82 degrees. A large Weber grill ensures perfect barbeque celebrations. Finally a large, professionally landscaped yard has ample lawn for yard games or your choice.
On the second floor you will find 4 bedrooms, a large sectioned bathroom with hair dryer, and an entertainment loft with a queen size fold out couch. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, each with a color scheme. There are fans above each bed for maximum A/C flow.
The Master bedroom on the first floor overlooks the pool area and has a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi and shower. The king size bed and hardwood furniture ensure a luxurious night sleep.
Keep connected with free WIFI, free US and Canada calling, free Netflix movies, free Hulu Plus which has access to 100's of TV shows, and cable TV.
A cleaning allotment, linen service and all utilities are included in the rate. We stock paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergents, trash bags and laundry detergent for your convenience
