It is one of 12 units and is in a family oriented area. This is beach front property and has a pool. We can accommodate up to 6 people. It has been completely updated and refurbished recently. The Beach Bungalow is a 2-bedroom 2-1/2-bath home. The first floor has an open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living area. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor and the washer and dryer is also on the first floor. A laundry chute from second floor makes wash day easier. Ironing board and iron provided. Parking is right outside the door, making it convenient to unpack your car or bring in your groceries.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home consisting of a fridge with ice maker, electric oven/range (4 burners), microwave and dishwasher. Pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and a lobster pot for your crab catch. We also have a toaster, hand mixer, blender and automatic coffee maker.
The dining area seats 6.
The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and love seat. The wall mounted flat screen TV has a Blue ray player. There are games and puzzles for the kids and a basket of books for Mom and Dad to take to the beach, pool or on one of the decks if you need a break from the fun in the sun.
Have your morning coffee on one of the screened decks enjoying the view of the beach and the sound of the gulf while breathing and enjoying the salt air.
The master bedroom has a King Bed, private full bath, flat screen TV, and a Blue Ray player. The beautifully furnished screened deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is a wonderful place to relax watching the dolphins swim or the waves rolling onto the beach. In the evening the perfect place to sit and gaze at the stars or watch the fishing boats on the water.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a private full bath, a furnished screened deck and a flat screen TV Blue Ray players in both bedrooms.
Only 50 feet from a beautiful secluded beach. Money Bayou is loaded with crabs just waiting to be caught! You never know the path it will take ~ sometimes it does venture infront of the unit in which case there is a foot bridge 3 driveways down to cross. I do provide an "all terrain red wagon" to bring your beach toys to the waterfront. Beach bonfires allowed for a cozy campfire (please call Gulf County in case of fire ban), and a pool with a gazebo on the pool deck. From long walks on the secluded beach, shelling, exploring, fishing, playing, swimming, or just relaxing with a good book there is something special for everyone.
In an area is reminiscent of 'Old Florida' there are no tall condos or hotels anywhere near by! Our beaches are very quiet and peaceful, and in the off-season, you will rarely encounter anyone as you stroll quietly along the beach. With only 12 units we are the only multi-unit complex in the area, you will find the beach secluded and private compared to Barrier Dunes with 190 units (only 20 with Gulf view) or Barefoot Cottages, which are not on the beach at all.
I offer FREE CONTINENTAL US PHONE CALLS and WIFI. I have beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs and of course the "red wagon" for your convenience.
