Wonderful Place to Stay
hank you for sharing your lovely home with us. The pictures don't do it justice. The house was roomy, clean, and had everything we needed. Like any structure, it is prone to certain things malfunctioning, but the owners took care of it right away and it wasn't a big deal. The views are mostly of neighboring houses, but the house and pool and hot tub make up for it plus don't have to put up with any beachgoers. Only a short walk to the beach. Great location near national forest and other activities. Oh and all those porches. Little extras make the stay easier and book this house already!

Incredible House!! Great Vacation!!
We could not have had a better time. The house is beautiful and we love Cape San Blas!!! Can't wait to come back! Got engaged at this house and will always have that special memory.

Amazing Vacation!
We had never been to Cape San Blas until this year, and we were very impressed with the beach and with your lovely home, Mediterranean. Thank you for you hospitality and for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back again next year. :)

4 Bedroom 3 1/2 Baths Pool, Hot Tub And Ocean Views. Close To The Beach.
The Mediterranean is a four bedroom house with two queen bedrooms and one full bedroom that have private baths adjoining them. All of the upstairs bedrooms have TVs. A screened porch upstairs has two chairs and a hammock and is a great place to get away and enjoy the view.
The main floor has a large open kitchen with a living area with a queen sofa sleeper and chairs and two lounge chairs facing the ocean. Opposite the living room, french doors lead from the kitchen to the large TV room with a sectional sofa sleeper and an adjoining half bath. Also off of the TV room is a small children's room with a set of bunk beds. A screened porch is off of the TV room with a table and chairs that overlook the pool.
Under the house is a large screened area with a picnic table hot tub and hot & cold shower. Just outside the screened area is a park grill and steps leading up to the pool.
