DOLPHIN VISTA is a wonderful pet-friendly beachfront 4 BR, 4BA home that sits directly on the beach of the crystal green waters of North Cape San Blas. Dolphin Vista faces due west and gets spectacular sunsets all year round.
Dolphin Vista has superb beach views and is fully furnished with everything you need for your special vacation. There is a well-equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities, air conditioning, high-speed wireless internet access, and lots of TV/DVD/VCRs. There is a movie, book and game library. Just across the peninsula, the clear waters of St Joseph Bay is one of the most pristine ecosystems on the planet. It's great to kayak or snorkel and see the local water life.
Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That's right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!
In addition to the free Beach Gear, we have another gift for booking through us…free admission to Cape San Blas activities! Termed the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stayed, to attractions like chartered fishing, golf and horseback riding on the beach. Enjoy wide open, expansive beach views to the north and south from Dolphin Vista. Watch the dolphins play or watch the beautiful sunsets from the main floor deck off of the living/dining room. This deck has covered and uncovered sections for sun and shade. Listen to the waves lapping on the shoreline and watch the stars from the main or upper decks.
The home is pet-friendly and has a pet gate on the deck. Dolphin Vista is 5 minutes from the State Park where you can launch your boat, bike, hike and bird watch. Enjoy fantastic shore fishing right in front of the house. There is room for 2 vehicles in the covered parking area plus room for a boat and additional vehicle.
St. Joseph Peninsula was recently rated the #1 beach in the US by Dr Beach, and K-9 Magazine rated Cape San Blas as the #1 pet-friendly beach. Cape San Blas is located on this beautiful peninsula, which is about 18 miles long including 9 miles of State Park at the upper end. With the Gulf and gorgeous beaches on one side and pristine St Joseph Bay less than a mile away at the widest point on the other, you can see sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the Gulf. We have no high rises on the peninsula so the beaches are very low density.
