This home has a covered upper deck, an open sundeck and a screened porch less than 200 feet from the beach. Sunset Serenity is located on one of the prettiest beach areas of North Cape San Blas.
Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That's right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!
In addition to the free Beach Gear, we have another gift for booking through us…free admission to Cape San Blas activities! Termed the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stayed, to attractions like chartered fishing, golf, and horseback riding on the beach. It’s our way of saying “thanks!”

• Two living rooms, each with Queen sleeper sofas, large screen LCD TV's, Blu-Ray DVDs & A/V systems
• Desk for those that just have to work while in paradise
• Two walkouts to the screened porch and the open sundeck that overlooks pool area
• Large, well-equipped kitchen, with stainless appliances and granite counter tops
• Two dining areas plus 4 bar stools
• Full bath with shower and large closet
• Full sized laundry facilities
• Door that can close off the staircase to the upper floor
Third Floor
• King Gulf-facing Master bedroom with walk-in closet, jetted tub, LCD TV/DVD combo and access to upper deck
• Second King Gulf-facing Master with walk-in closet, jetted tub, LCD TV/DVD combo and access to upper deck
• Third King bedroom with walk-in closet, LCD TV/DVD combo and en suite access to the shared Jack-n-Jill bathroom which has a tub/shower & double vanities
• The fourth bedroom has two Twin bunk beds, walk-in closet, wall-mounted 32" LCD/HDTV with DVD/VCR combo player and en suite access to the Jack-n-Jill bathroom
• Upper deck has awesome views and features a high table and swivel chair set
Need additional room, Sunset Serenity is located in close proximity to Blue Dolphin.
Located on North Cape San Blas, Sunset Serenity is only 1/2 mile from the State Park entrance with boat launch, hiking, bike trails, Bay and Gulf beaches.
Pets and pool heat can be requested for additional fees. No events over the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age limit for renters.
