SEASIDE COTTAGE is a cute, comfortable, pet-friendly, beachfront cottage with a screened porch and awesome views of the beach and Gulf, just feet from your door. This home is newly refurbished and redecorated and is situated on a 100 feet of low density, pet-friendly beach. This is "Old Florida," where there is 200 feet of non-developed beachfront on one side, and you can walk for miles in either direction.
You will appreciate the hardwood floors throughout plus a tiled kitchen and Master bath. LCD TVs (most with a built-in DVD player) are in all bedrooms and the Great Room. Other amenities include cable, unlimited wireless internet access, unlimited free long distance to U.S. and Canada, washer/dryer, and gas grill. No steps to climb once you have reached the first floor, everything is on one level.

In addition to the free Beach Gear, we have another gift for booking through us…free admission to Cape San Blas activities! Termed the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stayed, to attractions like chartered fishing, golf and horseback riding on the beach. It’s our way of saying “thanks!”
