CAPE CONCHS is a beautiful new beachfront home in the prestigious community of Seagrass. Enjoy the community pool or enjoy the private elevated pool just off of the main living level. Four of the six bedrooms are beachfront and have individual deck access. The entire beach side of the main level reveals your own poolside utopia ... combining a large open concept living area with outdoor living. A custom kitchen with exquisite granite and a commercial ice maker makes this the kitchen of your dreams. Such a kitchen makes you want to cook, even on vacation. If that isn't enough, there are HD flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the house even has a pool table. The outdoor living includes a hot/cold shower and grill. This spacious house sleeps 18.
