Perfect for a friend vacay!
Stayed here with 8 adults. This location was perfect as each couple had their own room AND bathroom. (Yes, half of us slept in the bunk bed rooms but it was fun to relive childhood memories and the beds were super comfortable!) I honestly expected the pool to be smaller than it is in real life. It's not MASSIVE but it was just right for us to lounge around at night chatting in the water. It would also be great for children to enjoy. The walk to the beach is short and the house had a cart to haul chairs and things in as well as a couple kayaks and other things for use in the water. We had plenty of parking to fit our four cars. The kitchen was fully equipped for everything we needed and the outdoor grill was great for our burgers! The overall layout of the location with the pool area, front and side patios with chairs, and screened in porch gave plenty of space for 8 adults to enjoy each others' company without stepping on anyone. Sorry, I could honestly go on and on about how perfect it was and we are already talking about a repeat visit!

Absolutely Wonderful!!!
This home was absolutely wonderful! It is perfect for a relaxing get away! The proximity to the beach is unbeatable and the beach is truly flawless. The home offered everything a vacationer could hope for! In addition, the management company (Elizabeth) was absolutely the best part of the rental. She took such good care of our family! We will return because of her!

Great beach home!
We had never stayed in the Cape San Blas area so I was unsure what to expect. This home was very nice with everything needed and more! The walk to the beach is very short. Fine even for my husband with a bad knee! The pool was perfect and there was so much room in the house for six people! Very clean. We loved it and hope to return.

Great house for big families
This was my 2nd time staying at Perry's Place. I love the location on 30E and to the beach. Great place to sip your coffee on the front porch in the mornings in the new chairs. The owners storage area is equipped with extra floats, chairs, and even a buggy to haul your stuff to the beach. The pool is nice even though I never got in it. We are beach people. We like this house b/c you have your own bathroom privacy and you can spread out. The 2 outdoor showers make it easier to rinse off prior to coming into the house. The parking is another plus, especially if you are pulling a boat. There is room to turn around. The only negative things I can say...is I can't get use to the ceramic stove top. I cook on gas so it is a huge adjustment for me. And the refrigerator is missing some bars to hold items in the doors. The AC did work much better this year too. I am a family of 5 with grown kids (one married) so we like that we can have our space and privacy. Would make a great place for 2 families with small kids too.

This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom is located in San Blas Estates. This home sleeps 14 & each bedroom comes with it's own bathroom. The living area has a wrap around sectional and matching loveseat with a flat screen TV connected to cable. There is also WIFI and a landline at the house. Off to side, is the Dinning area with seating for 4. You will find additional seating at the bar with 8 barstools. The vaulted ceilings really bring this room together with plenty of light shining through-out. You also have gulf views from the main living area and deck. Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more! We strive to start all guests off with a supply of:Dish soapHand soapsGarbage bagsDishwasher detergentPaper towelsToilet paperLaundry Detergent You will find two bedrooms downstairs, each having their own full bathroom. The master also has a flatscreen TV. There is a Washer/Dryer located in the half bath on the main level. Walking up the stairs, you will see a balcony overlooking the Living/Dining Area with Great Ocean views. Here you will find the 2 Double Bunk Rooms located with their own separate bathrooms. Each room has one twin/twin bunk & a twin/full bunk. Both rooms have TV's with Cable. This house has a covered deck as you walk up offering a picnic table with bench seating. Off of the dining room, is an enclosed screened deck with another picnic table. The front features an open deck with 4 colorful deck chairs to relax in & enjoy the views. You can relax in the new underground swimming pool with heated option for an additional fee. Entertainment Area Coming Soon! To access the beach, simply walk out the front door towards the board walk. You have a short stroll from the house to the beach, 150 feet. THIS PROPERTY RENTS FOR A FULL WEEK DURING PEAK SEASON, SATURDAY-SATURDAY.
