The home has a great open layout featuring the living room, kitchen and dining room as you walk through the door. You then have two bedrooms off of the kitchen. One bedroom with a queen bed, and the other with a queen and twin bed. You will find a bathroom located in the hall between the two rooms. On the other side of the house you will find the two additional bedrooms, one facing the gulf with great ocean views featuring a queen bed and the other bedroom with a queen and twin bed. There is also a bathroom located between these two bedrooms.
The home has a great layout for families and entertaining. There is a beautiful sun room off of the living room, with gorgeous views. The sun room makes you feel as though you are sitting directly on the beach, and the two side decks are a perfect for grilling or watching the sunsets.
Downstairs, you will find a covered carport with space for three vehicles and additional parking in the driveway. There is also an outdoor shower, and a "bonus" full bathroom featuring a shower w/hot and cold water.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we think you should need during your vacation: Pots/Pans, Cooking utensils, Toaster, Blender, Coffee maker, Dishes, Glassware, etc.
We also strive to start all of our guests out with a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, and dishwasher tablets.
Gulf Haven is a true beach home that is perfect for your vacation!
Please note- Currently this property has a 3 night minimum with the exception of holidays, and starting 3/1/19 we will start renting for full weeks, Saturday to Saturday.
