Five Star home close to everything
The home is very clean and updated, with very fast internet and great TV on the inside. The pool is perfect for lounging and enjoying the Florida sunshine! The owners are very responsive and professional and make the stay 100% hassle free. The neighborhood is very quiet, but close to everything you'd want/need in a vacation from beaches to shopping. Don't waste your time with other rentals, this house has it all!

Awesome!! Love this place.
We were very impressed with this place. They thought of everything you need, towels, beach chairs, floats for the pool, golf clubs, tennis rackets, bikes, plates, cups, coffee maker, washer , dryer, etc. It was very nice to have all the bicycles, riding around the neighborhood was a lot of fun. Location is good, we drove over to Punta Gorda and the mall is close as well as shopping and restaurants. Thanks for a great vacation.

5 Star home for visiting Sarasota
First off, I did a lot of research before I decided on this home, and the research paid off, I had a wonderful stay! The inside of the home is very clean and modern. There is everything you need to cook and the home has fantastic tv/cable internet, the beds are all very comfortable and sized appropriately. The pool is very clean and spacious and heated and perfect for lounging around. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet it is only about 5 minutes from all the shopping/restaurants you could want. The owners are very responsive and very professional. If you are deciding between different homes in the Port Charlotte/North Port area, this home away from home stands out as the one to rent!

We welcome you to our home in our quiet, safe neighborhood. We have recently renovated, new ceramic throughout, and all new furniture,. This house has a great layout with the Master(Queen) at the opposite end of the house from the other two bedrooms.The ensuite has a walk-in-closet, linen closet, double sink vanity, shower and direct access to the pool. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and sliding door access to the pool. Third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that sleeps 3 and shares a full 4 piece bath with second bedroom. The chefs kitchen is at the center of the house offering you the ability to cook a simple meal for 2 or wow your guests of many with a gourmet meal with all the tools provided. 2 pantries on the outskirts compliment the kitchen. This open concept allows the breakfast bar by day turn into a cocktail bar by night. Seating for 4 in the kitchen, or 4 can eat at the breakfast bar or a dining room seating 6 are your options to enjoy your meals indoors. As the kitchen overlooks the living room, you can be a part of everything, including the activities on the lania provided by the 4 sliding doors to give you access. The lania is a screened structure covering the heated pool and the double seating(seats 6 each) covered areas to avoid any unwanted visitors while using the BBQ or pool. The 2 car garage houses 4 bikes, pool toys, tennis rackets, beach chairs and sand toys for your enjoyment.
Port Charlotte features a multitude of outstanding golf course at reasonable prices. Whether you want to charter a boat or go fishing off shore or off one of many docks, Port Charlotte offers the best fishing in Florida. A lot to see if you enjoy wildlife with bird watching and many others in the area. Access to tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and other sports within driving minutes away. Charlotte Sports Park (home to 'Tampa Bay Rays' Spring Training & Farm Team 'Charlotte Stone Crabs') is a mere 10 minute drive. Within 5 minutes of all the major chain restaurants, but don't miss out on great local restaurants. Seafood, Italian, Mexican, casual to fine dining. Central to many outstanding beaches like Englewood, Boca Grand, including our favorite, which is the top beach in the U.S. 'Siesta Beach' located in Siesta Key. Visit nearby Punta Gorda and enjoy Fisherman's Village, many restaurants and great little shops to visit or take a stroll on the boardwalk. Ensure you enjoy a drink at the Tikki bar the popular Punta Gorda hang out with many events to watch out for.
