This gorgeous home is comfortably furnished and has ocean views throughout the house. Whether you want to grill out, play in the sand and surf, (look for sharks teeth on the beach), or just relax on the outside ocean deck, this is a perfect beach destination vacation. Great for a family gathering or an Adults only retreat. Sleeps 8-10 people. You'll find a fully furnished kitchen with eat-in dining area, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Also, this locale is equipped with beach towels, plenty of linens, a surf board and boogie boards, beach chairs, wifi, cable TV, and plenty of games. Just bring your food, swim suits, and just add Sun! After the beach, enjoy the family room with pool table and lounging area. (For your convenience there is a laundry room on the lower level). A new grocery store is less than 5 miles away and it's only 6 miles southwest to historic St. Augustine, 'The Oldest City', for shopping or dining. Only 12 miles north to SAWGRASS in Ponte Vedra Beach, where the TPC is played every year, great shopping, golfing, or dining.
