You will find this luxurious, spacious and inviting home just as described. The owner, Christine, was easily accessible and prompt with response to any questions or needs. The Publix is 5 minutes away and a very nice public beach 10 minutes that is pet friendly. We cooked every nite during our week stay taking advantage of the extensively equipped kitchen. As other reviews have suggested, this experience is more like being in your own home rather than a rental property. We would highly recommend this property and would consider visiting again should the opportunity arise.

Comfortable, Convenient and Quiet Accommodations
We had opportunity to stay in this lovely home for three weeks. It is located conveniently nestled just off the main road in Palm Valley. We were close to a handful of great restaurants and the grocery store. It is also not far from the ocean. It is geographically located equi-distant from St. Augustine or Jacksonville. We visited both. We found it easy to make ourselves at home, because we had all the conveniences....huge, well appointed kitchen, washer-dryer, garage parking, outdoor grill, huge shower and soaking tub, large dressing closets.....and more. We loved coming "home" each day to the gated community with weeping colossal trees and winding roads which led to the community pond. We felt safe and secure. It was very quiet and comfortable. The layout of the house is suited to just about any scenario. The master suite is huge, as is the master bath. On the opposite side of the home is another kind of suite, made up of a Jack and Jill bath with two connecting bedrooms. Above the living room is a huge loft with another bedroom and bath. Since it was only my husband and myself, we didn't even need those other areas. The rear of the house is also a quiet oasis, which is very private. There is a peaceful view of the pool and the pond. Each day we enjoyed the squirrels, the birds, including cardinals, the lizards and the daily serenade by the bullfrogs in the evening. If you are looking for a quiet home where you can relax and have room to spread out, you will enjoy staying here.

This AMAZING HOUSE&PRIVATE POOL Can't Be Beat
We stayed here the first 2wks of April 2012...&after using HomeAway for the last 5yrs, I finally created an account&plan to gush about this "too good to be true" home. From the moment we layed eyes on the HUGE gate&gorgeous landscaping, we were thrilled...&a bit worried it was the right place b/c it was so fancy! We got there around 5pm, which was the ideal time of day, to tour "our home" for the next 2wks. The back of the house, is literally ALL windows, so the mixture of the falling sun&pool water sparkled&danced on the extremely vaulted ceiling&walls. It only became more beautiful as the sun set each evening... As my husband, 2 teenage sons, &I explored the house, we agreed that it would be a challenge to eat at each of the tables. We did it! Even the LARGE formal dining table, when we had family vacationing nearby, over for dinner&swimming. The POOL, is just incredible! Crystal clear water, a nice variety of clean/quality patio furniture, a grill, &Bose speakers w/aux are some highlights. Also, for fun...a ping pong table, bikes, local b-ball hoops&my favorite, a "movie" projector w/a BIG theater quality screen. The master bathroom is too cool! The under cabinet lights, separate toilet "closet"&MINI FRIDGE, set it apart from most! I didn't even have to share, b/c the boys had their own. When not eating out, Publix was close&always had what we wanted. The beach is only a short drive, so while this rental isn't a "beach house," we spent plenty of time playing in the sand/ocean! I have so much more to say, but I'm almost out of characters. So, I want to stress, that like my title says, this house can't be beat. We tried this yr (4/2013)&it wasn't even close! We are all SOOO happy that we'll be returning to Ponte Vedra in 2014!!! The owner, Christine, is exactly what a renter wishes for...she is accessible, prompt, reliable,&as a bonus.. friendly! She is trusting...in a way that made us unafraid to make ourselves at home&enjoy our much needed vacation. The few neighbors that we encountered, were extremely welcoming&friendly! We rely on reading reviews when picking out a place to eat, or to rent. In that spirit, I can tell you that if you are reading this&considering staying in this home, I can't think of a single reason why you shouldn't. This home can't be beat!

Beautiful home
Perfect home for family reunion. Outside of home needing maintenance and sliding door to pool off family room did not lock. Inside was spacious and clean. Thank you Betty for your letting me work around your cleaning. Owner very kind and helpful. We hope to make this an annual reunion here! By the way there is a real alligator in the pond behind the house.

This Ponte Vedra home is truly pure luxury! It is a 4400 square foot home, built in 2000, located within an exclusive, gated community just 3km from the Atlantic Ocean. This great getaway home is situated on a private lake that is perfect for fishing or an evening stroll.
However, the main highlight of the house is a unique pool and patio. Both were designed exclusively for the home. The heated pool features a beautiful fountain that illuminates for a romantic poolside evening. The patio is perfect for outdoor meals. It includes a secluded nook that is perfect for an outdoor breakfast or romantic meal. The patio comes alive, at night, with well-placed lighting. A two-story screen protects all this. We have included pool toys for children of any age. There is also a protective gate to keep young children from playing to close to the pool.
The master bedroom, formal living room, and family room open onto this gorgeous screened-in paradise.
From the moment you enter our beautiful home you will find a formal dining room in the Provencal style perfect for large family meals. As you enter, there is a beautifully appointed formal living room and a study with Internet access.
Also on the first floor is the master wing. This includes a beautiful master bedroom with a queen size bed, and a large bathroom with a garden bathtub perfect for two. The master bedroom has access and a perfect view of the pool and patio.
The first floor has two other beautiful bedrooms, both with queen beds and a mutual bathroom.
There is a large fully stocked kitchen that includes a breakfast table and new appliances. The family room has large windows with a great lake view. There is also a television with Direct TV.
The first floor has a laundry room with new appliances and access to the two-car attached garage.
Upstairs there is another bedroom with a queen sized bed. You will also find a home theatre with a 4-meter screen and Dolby Digital Surround Sound.
Though one rarely wishes to leave such a perfect home, the beach is only 3km from the house. This short drive yields public parking and a beautiful Atlantic Ocean public beach. There are many restaurants conveniently located nearby.
Also nearby is the Sawgrass Tournament Player Golf Club. This beautiful club is home of the PGA and includes several fantastic restaurants. The American Tennis Professionals Headquarters is located a convenient 3km from the house.
Whether you are searching for a family vacation or a romantic getaway, our home is truly the best option.
