Minimum StaySpectacular spot to enjoy the beach!
The house is gorgeous! Beautiful views of the ocean. Very spacious kitchen and family room. Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers which are very nice. The 4th "bedroom" has just two single beds. No closet, no bathroom, no other furniture. Only really suitable for a couple of kids who can share a bathroom. There is also a half-bath next to the kitchen. The back patio was beautiful, but absolutely no shade, so in the middle of August, it was pretty hot to sit out there. There is a nice raised wooden walkway down to the beach. There are very few other people on the beach, which is fabulous. Amazing sunrises. Lots of pelicans & osprey to watch. Also, two tortoises who grazed on the back lawn in the afternoon. The kitchen was well appointed except very short on cooking pots, if you want to make dinner for eight. I wound up buying pots and baking pans at Target/Publix. Overall I would definitely recommend this beautiful beach house!

2 Family Labor Day Escape
We had our lifelong friends fly in from Dallas to enjoy the long weekend. We have vacationed together with them in Costa Rica, Jamaica, Destin, the Keys and many other places through the years. While we live in PV, we wanted to make sure we had an equally special getaway for them instead of staying in our own home. The house, location, accommodations, views and privacy were absolutely phenomenal. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for 4 adults and 4 constantly ravenous teenagers. We enjoyed coffee on the patio with the panoramic views of the ocean and after spending the day playing in the ocean, we reveled in seeing the sunlight fade on the same patio with cocktails. If you want a true escape from reality in a place that feels truly like a home, this is the place for you! Clean, airy, spacious, well appointed and beautiful, the only drawback is that we had to leave after just 3 nights. While we were packing up we all wished we had "just one more day" - always the sign of a fabulous getaway!!

Vacation With Adult Children!
This ocean front home was a fabulous place for my adult children to gather. It was well worth the effort for the various distances they had to travel to come together as a family again and convenient to the Jacksonville International Airport. The accommodations were very nice with many extras provided that were a pleasant surprise. Everyone had plenty of privacy as well as a splendid gathering area and plenty of room for all the cooks in the kitchen. Publix was close by too! When I booked this trip through VRBO there we no reviews being that it was a new listing. However, after speaking with Dannette I decided to take a chance. It was one of the best trips we have ever had and she was a delight to work with. The pictures for this property do not do the view justice. Even from the inside of the house you feel like you are right on the ocean and watching a storm was magical. Also, with the late summer heat, it was great to have a 2 car garage to park in as well as unpack and load back up for a weeks worth of luggage and food. Thank you so much for sharing your property!
