We were surprised to find a place that was much better than the description on the internet. We have never made a reservation like this on the internet, so as a first timer we are sold on securing a reservation on a Web site. We were amazed of the quality and the high level that was placed in the unit. It was clean like new and absolutely beautiful. When entering the front door the view was across the living room, the pool right to the waterway. All the appliances and furniture was top level - we were amazed. The layout and function was just like home, maybe better. We are looking forward to returning to Kanda Zen as soon as we can. It was a delightful stay and we did not want to leave. Thanks to Mr. Saint for the wonderful place and the extraordinary work he and his wife have done to make this a real home away from home. Bob and Millie

Absolutely amazing
Our visit was extraordinary! The unit is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to make a simple snack or a gourmet meal. The high speed wifi was a kid favorite! We loved turning the hot tub on with the app and jumping in almost every night! The location is amazing ...steps from what is basically your private beach and around the corner from all the dinning and entertainment of Pompano Beach. We sat on the dock with a glass of wine watching the yachts go by every night! Anything you might need is just a phone call away...Property Manager is attentive and very helpful. We will definitely be staying again next year!

The perfect relaxation spot in Pompano Beach!
This rental is a gem! If you're looking for the perfect place to relax with family or friends, this is the spot! Just two blocks from the beach, this place offers it's very own pool and spa. There's gas and food and grocery as close to the property as you can get. There's also great food delivery options. The property itself is the highest end finishes and decorations without paying an arm and a leg for comfort. The king size beds are extremely comfortable and perfect for a good nights sleep. And don't forget the amazing bathrooms! Please book this place, and if you're having second thoughts please don't. This place is worth any money you want to spend to be near the beach!

Great condition with a beautiful view
Landlord was very welcoming and accommodating the property is as nice as the pictures show it is especially delightful to see the boats going passed right outside the window! The area is great with beach and great places to eat drink and endulge in many pastries all a few minutes walk away. I would love to stay here again.

Kanda Zen is a boutique 5 unit condo on the intracoastal waterway in Pompano Beach solely dedicated to short term and vacation rentals.
It is 6 minutes walk to the world famous Pompano Beach, and you can walk to shops, restaurants and more.
Pompano beach is one of the best destinations in Florida.
About this apartment:
This is the ground floor 2 bed 2 bath apartment with water views from every room.
Completely renovated in 2017 with brand new floors, kitchens and bathrooms.
All new furniture. King beds in every room.
Every window has light filtering and blackout blinds
Large smart TV's with cable, DVR, streaming apps and fast Wifi everywhere.
A wonderfully relaxing place, we have supplied everything for your stay.
Open plan living area with comfortable seating to watch TV or read a book, a kitchen bar seating for four and a dining table for eight.
The kitchen is modern with brand new high end appliances.
For cooking you have Tri-Ply Stainless steel cooking pans, glasses, plates, chef knives and cutting boards.
We provide 2 sets of towels and 2 sets of high thread count cotton sheets for each bedroom as well as beach towels.
Each bathroom has a hair dryer.
There is an iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner, dust pan and brush.
There is a laundry room on site for the whole condo with 2 washers and 2 dryers.
There is no room service or daily cleaning, but we offer a cleaning service on request for an extra charge.
The back deck has a 60 foot dock a paved patio with pool and jacuzzi (heated).
Comfortable outdoor tables and chairs are provided as well as sun loungers.
There are two gas BBQ's for outdoor grilling.
This apartment features a large covered porch with two sets of bar height tables and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.
We allow children but please note that the condo is not baby or child proof, there are no child locks, the pool is not fenced in and the dock has open access to the waterway.
Kanda Zen has just finished the renovations and is newly open as a vacation rental for 2017.
We offer two 2 bed 2 bath apartments and two 1 bed 1 bath apartments with a studio apartment coming available later in the year.
What is close by:
Pompano beach has completed a multi million dollar improvement with new walkways, children's playgrounds and pavilions on the beach by the lookout and fishing Pier. The beach has lifeguards, restrooms, showers and volleyball courts.
The just finished parking facility by the beach is opening now with new restaurants and retail space.
The Pompano beach Performing Arts Amphitheater is just 2 miles away and is committed to promoting arts and culture in the region with many great shows and performances year round.
For golfers, the recently redesigned and renovated Greg Norman Signature Pines Course is less than 10 minutes away.
A brand new state of the art LA Fitness is less than 2 miles from Kanda Zen, and there are numerous other fitness activities nearby from Crossfit to Yoga, Pilates and personal training.
Pompano is a beach town and there are many water activities available. Fishing and diving/snorkeling tours leave from the marina 5 minutes walk away, and there is a guided boat tour of the intracoastal waterway a little further south.
With a total of 52 Parks and Facilities within The City of Pompano Beach, patrons and visitors can enjoy a variety of recreational opportunities.
On Atlantic avenue (a few minutes walk) you will find everything you need, from a surf shop to dry cleaners, grocery stores and restaurants, coffee shops and delicatessen as well as a brew pub, hair and nail salons, spas and of course pizza.
Pompano can provide the relaxed beach vacation feel as well as fine dining and everything in between.
