It is 6 minutes walk to the world famous Pompano Beach, and you can walk to shops, restaurants and more.

About this apartment:
This One Bedroom, One Bathroom Apartment is open, quiet and comfortable.
All new furniture and supplied with everything you need for your vacation stay.
An open living area with queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV with cable, DVR and Wifi for streaming apps.
A dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cooking pots, pans and utensils, plates, glasses, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc.
The brand new bathroom is bright, light and features large mirror above the vanity and a glass enclosed tub shower combination.
The bedroom also has a wall mounted TV and access to the main DVR. There is large closet and a chest of drawers.
We provide two sets of towels and two beach towels, a comfortable bed with a memory foam mattress and a change of high thread count sheets.
There is a hair dryer in the bathroom and an iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
On site laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers.
There is no room service or daily cleaning, but we offer a cleaning service on request for an extra charge.
The back deck has a 60 foot dock a paved patio with pool and jacuzzi (heated).
Comfortable outdoor tables and chairs are provided as well as sun loungers.
There are two gas BBQ's for outdoor grilling.
This apartment features an outdoor table and two chair set on the print patio outside the front entrance. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.
We allow children but please note that the condo is not baby or child proof, there are no child locks, the pool is not fenced in and the dock has open access to the waterway.
Kanda Zen has just finished the renovations and is newly open as a vacation rental for 2017.
We offer two 2 bed 2 bath apartments and two 1 bed 1 bath apartments with a studio apartment coming available later in the year.

Things to do:
Pompano beach has completed a multi million dollar improvement with new walkways, children's playgrounds and pavilions on the beach by the lookout and fishing Pier. The beach has lifeguards, restrooms, showers and volleyball courts.
The just finished parking facility by the beach is opening now with new restaurants and retail space.
The Pompano beach Performing Arts Amphitheater is just 2 miles away and is committed to promoting arts and culture in the region with many great shows and performances year round.
For golfers, the recently redesigned and renovated Greg Norman Signature Pines Course is less than 10 minutes away.
A brand new state of the art LA Fitness is less than 2 miles from Kanda Zen, and there are numerous other fitness activities nearby from Crossfit to Yoga, Pilates and personal training.
Pompano is a beach town and there are many water activities available. Fishing and diving/snorkeling tours leave from the marina 5 minutes walk away, and there is a guided boat tour of the intracoastal waterway a little further south.
With a total of 52 Parks and Facilities within The City of Pompano Beach, patrons and visitors can enjoy a variety of recreational opportunities.
On Atlantic avenue (a few minutes walk) you will find everything you need, from a surf shop to dry cleaners, grocery stores and restaurants, coffee shops and delicatessen as well as a brew pub, hair and nail salons, spas and of course pizza.

Everything is very close to here!
The nearest pharmacy is a few blocks north on South riverside drive and you will see it on the right before you get to Atlantic avenue where the drawbridge is.
Publix shopping store is the nearest large grocery store and it is on Atlantic avenue two lights west of the drawbridge.
If you continue west on Atlantic and turn right (north) on US1 a mile or two up the road you will find Macy’s Sears an 18 movie theatre, and whole foods as well as many other stores.
Restaurants and Bars:
Lots to choose near here from casual to more upscale.
The Foundry is a new place on Atlantic that has good food and service and a raw bar, and in that general area on Atlantic there are lots of breakfast diners and pizza places etc.
Jacuza by Publix on Atlantic has some great sushi, sake and Thai food.
There is a brew pub called 26 degree brewing on the opposite side of the Foundry and if you like craft beer that is good as well.
There are italian cafe’s (Cafe Sportivo) and delicatessen (Napolitano’s) and a german restaurant on Atlantic also.
Cafe Max offers a very classy Brunch on Sundays and they even offer events like cooking classes. It is on atlantic just before Publix where you will find Yacuza, a Japanese restaurant.
Beach:
The beach is a few minutes walk to the East of Kanda Zen.
There is surf shop on Atlantic by the marina and a beach shop on A1A (the last street before the beach) by the intersection with Atlantic Avenue.
The Marina is the place to book fishing and snorkeling charters, jet skis, and even flights above the area!
The viewing and fishing pier is on the beach to the north of here about a 10 or 15 minute walk.
