This condo was perfect. Very comfortable- mattress was amazing and couch was comfy too. Clean and well stocked all the with necessities. Most incredible view, we could watch dolphins from the balcony while we ate breakfast! Great pool area and 90 seconds from the ocean. It felt very safe too because it wasn't a high rise condo there were less people and less noise. Great location- right across the street from a great little coffee shop too. The owner was very responsive to my call when I couldn't figure out the door. Perfect romantic vacation with my fiancé; we will be coming back for sure!

Great location! Great person to rent from!
This is our first trip to Perdido Skye and I have nothing but great comments about the owner! He is so attentive and has provided everything you can think of! He's very reachable if you have any questions and patient as well! Condo is exactly like the pictures you see here! It was clean, had most of the things we needed and wanted from home! We thought the bed was comfortable and the extra fans were really nice for noise and temp control! If we decide to come back to Perdido Key/Pensacola I would definitely stay here again! The condo, the location and the owner, Kye all make it worth a return!

Great Condo right on the beach
We enjoyed our week in Perdido key and the condo was well kept and steps to the beach. The family had a great time on the beach! Our building was well kept and the condo was decorated perfectly with a beach feel. We would recommend this place.

Claim submitted on damage
The place was nice and good location. After we got home we were surprised to find a claim had been file for damage on the insurance we took out. Damage according to claim was drawer face had to be replaced. When we left there was no damage to any drawer The only drawers we opened were knives and fork. pots and pans ,bathroom, and dresser if there had been any damage we would have informed the owner. There was an issue with the door lock not working and the owner was informed and the code had to be changed . The front door is hard to open and close because it is uneven and gets stuck. Also, we paid for cleaning service but were required to remove sheets and pillow case covers before we left. Thought that was part of cleaning that we paid for. Also, the unit has wall air conditioners that are some what noisy and the one in living room puts out a lot of hot air on the balcony making it extra hot to sit out there. Having been a former beach front owner and renting for years this is first time any damage claim has been filed on us. Thanks Paul
