Welcome home to Sea-esta, a cozy and beachy 2nd-floor condo unit with easy beach access via a boardwalk with no roads to cross, a location near the fun of Perdido Key and the Gulf Island National Seashore, a private balcony, amenities to make you feel at home, and new furnishings in 2014. When you're not soaking up the sun on Florida's sandy beaches, you'll be sipping your coffee from the private balcony overlooking the pool and beach path, cooling off in front of the flatscreen TVs, and catching a nap in the master suite - complete with a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and comforting colors.
Sea-esta boasts its share of great features: Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen for fresh-caught-fish meals, built-in bunks, a washer/dryer, a big screen smart TV with DVD player, and a spot just 50 yards from the sand. But its location in the East Grand Caribbean Resort also means access to a community hot tub, heated (seasonally) pool, freshwater pond, and BBQ and picnic areas!
Sea-esta's comfortable living room is a cool space when you need a break from the sun. Kick back on the sofa, flip on the new flatscreen smart TV with cable channels and a DVD player, surf the web via the Wi-Fi, and stay cool with the new AC unit.
This bright, fresh space comes well-equipped, allowing you to whip up an easy lunch after some time at the pool, a nice shrimp dinner when you want to stay in, or a big breakfast before a busy day of go karts, mini golf, and shopping. Brew some coffee for your morning jolt, and then head to your private balcony for a hot drink and cool breeze to start the day.
Ordering pizza in or making an elaborate seafood dinner, the 4-person dining table (plus 2 stools at the breakfast bar) makes meals at the beach house easy. Enjoy family meals, lots of natural light through the French doors leading to the private balcony, and games on those rainy beach days.

The master suite is your retreat at the end of the day, with a king-size bed and flatscreen TV. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa (with upgraded gel mattress) for more guests, and the built-in bunk beds in the hallways are always a favorite with the kids!
Not one to get your feet in the sand, but still love the beach? Spend your days sipping cold drinks on your private balcony that overlooks the pool, hot tub, and beach path. Get a touch of sun - and some shade - as you sit back in the Adirondack-style chairs and relax.
Located in the East Grand Caribbean Resort, Sea-esta is convenient to the restaurants, shops, and family fun of beautiful Perdido Key, Florida. Not far from your beautiful beach escape, you'll find favorites like the National Naval Aviation Museum at Pensacola Naval Air Station (home to the Blue Angels team), outdoor activities and nature trails at Gulf Islands National Seashores, great food picks like Louisiana Lagniappe and Shrimp Basket, and lots of shopping in nearby Orange Beach, Alabama, and Pensacola, Florida.

Trip Insurance: Variable Based on Rate
In order to be guaranteed a refund, a guest must cancel a reservation more than 2 months in advance. In this case, the Reservation Fee and Trip Insurance (if applicable) will not be refunded. We will not issue refunds or credits due to any weather-related travel conditions and or acts of god that may hinder one’s trip. This is why we offer Trip Insurance.
If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation within the time guidelines listed above and has not purchased the Trip Insurance, the only way we will issue a refund is if the guest’s cabin is rebooked for the same dates. If we can rebook the property for the original dates, a refund of the amount for which it was rebooked minus the reservation fee will be issued to the card on file on the reservation. The reservation fee is never refunded. If the dates for that cabin do not rebook, a refund will not be issued.
If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation within the time guidelines listed above and has purchased the Trip Insurance offered through Red Sky the guest must first cancel their reservation with us. After that, the guest can file a claim through Red Sky for a refund. If Red Sky approves the claim, the refund is issued from Red Sky. If Red Sky denies the claim, the guest falls under the standard cancellation policy.
